Pillows had odd odor. Shower was not clean. Floors not cleaned. They did give me free 2 hour extension. The vending machine took my money the soda did not come so I lost 5 dollars. 3.75 for soda I didn't get and no change vendor had number called it no response very sketchy.
Room was comfortable. Price was ok. Overall an ok stay for a cheaper option.
Bathtub was really dirty, LOTS of hair not cleaned out. Coffee makers need to be requested.
Having a full sized fridge
No ice machine 2 empty ice cube trays; the handle to the shower fell off; the phone in the room didnt work; breakfast was a joke; & they didnt accept Costco MC so i used backup Mastercard.
Room was clean and in good working order. Perfect size and closet was very nice. Kitchen area was great for dining in. Utensils, plates and glasses were easily available at the front desk
Breakfast or lack there of. Coffee and tea were great! There were a few muffins and breakfast bars. No juice or water.

Location is beautiful but being on the river, the homeless and shady ppl walk the river so the parking lot is fair game for thieves. Just lock your truck and it is fine. No worries. Love this hotel tho.
Very friendly staff. Good laundry facility though the washer or dryer we used was dirty and transferred stuff to a couple of clothes items. I had to clean the lint filter of heavy contamination. The room itself was nice and windows could be opened to let in fresh air.
There was an overall odor that we found ok but detracted from the experience. The breakfast offered was a joke, instant oatmeal and cheap muffins.

Staff was disinterested, front desk staff did not greet us upon arrival (continued speaking between the two of them the entire time we checked in) Did not address us once, until putting the key cards on the counter and telling us the wifi password. Terrible reception.
Room was not clean. Did not have many supplies eg, no conditioner. Entire property was run down and musty.
The motel was great. Booking.com is terrible. I couldn't get into my room because they declined my payment that was already taken out of my account and after the staff at the motel contacted them about it and argued with them about it they said that they forgot taxes so that the money I paid didn't cover the room. Booking.com owes me $16.00. Bunch of crap traveling that far thinking you have it all lined up then have to go through that and pay more.
It is clean, comfortable beds and Pet friendly. It literally backs up to the Missouri river and a little park with walk-way along the river. QUIET!!! its not off some busy streets or the interstate and you can actually get some sleep. The exhaust in the shower/bathroom actually worked! As in it wasn't a hazing humid mess after you get out of the shower. Sometimes its the little things :-)
The rooms come with a kitchenette but you have to ask the front desk for any items, I get it because its easier to keep things clean & fresh for each guest but I think paper towels and dish soap wouldn't be too bad.
