We stayed at Radisson in Wrocław for two nights (and almost three days) and, unfortunately, the experience was unexpectedly very disappointing.
The staff did not feel welcoming or attentive, both at the reception and during breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, but the service was not at the level expected from a 5-star hotel. Tables were not properly cleared, and when we wanted to sit down, we had to remove the dirty plates ourselves.
The condition of the room was unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The curtains were torn, the furniture looked very worn, with damaged corners everywhere, and the toilet lock was broken and simply covered with some kind of adhesive film. I am attaching photos, as this is not something I would expect from Radisson. Since we had a very early check-out, we were given a takeaway breakfast, shown in the attached photo. It consisted of a 0.5 lt bottle of water, an apple, a banana, plums, and a muffin. Frankly, this is not a serious breakfast offering for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.
The sparkling water machine on our floor was not working. We reported the issue to the reception on the first day of our stay and were told that it would be checked and fixed, and that a carafe of sparkling water would be brought to our room. However, during the entire three-day stay, the machine remained broken, nobody came to our room, and we had to go to another floor every time.
The only positive points are that the regular breakfast was good and the spa area is open 24/7, which is very convenient. The spa also looks newer than the rooms. However, even there, the hourglass in the sauna showed the time incorrectly, and there was no thermometer at all.
Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, this hotel does not feel like a 5-star property. The service, maintenance, and room condition were far below expectations. I would not recommend it.

Disappointing and definitely not 5 star ⭐
Pros:

The location was good. Staff were very helpful when our friend had twisted her ankle. They supplied a wheelchair for her

Cons:

The breakfast was not up to standard. Always waiting for items to be replenished. No water at the beginning of the day on reception area. Cleaning in the room needs reviewing as I could write my name in the dust on the bedside tables. Outside courtyard had no lighting when dark.

Lokalizacja - przyjemny hotel położony blisko centrum, posiada kilku poziomowy parking podziemny z miejscami do ładowania samochodów elektrycznych, pokój biznesowy był duży. Przyjemne patio gdzie można posiedzieć z dala od zgiełku miasta.

Cons:

Niby 5 gwiazdek a w minibarze brak jakiegokolwiek napoju, w pokoju karafka na wodę i trzeba chodzić do automatu na wodę aż do wind. Kiepskie rozwiązanie. Może jestem rozpieszczony innymi hotelami ale jak na ten standard to na śniadaniu brakowało mi możliwości zamówienia jajek lub innej potrawy.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the room was, and it made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Wrócimy do hotelu do dalszego zwiedzania Wrocławia.
Pros:

Wspaniały personel, każda sprawa rozwiązana możliwie szybko , ponicne dziewczyny w recepcji co do punktów zwiedzania i pobytu w mieście. Wszędzie blisko, parking na miejscu w dogodnych warunkach. Byliśmy bardzo dobrze obsłużeni w recepcji i w restauracji. Bedzie to mój ulubiony hotel we Wrocławiu.
