Bardzo bogate sniadania w formie bufetu. Kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Siłownia i sauny czynne 24H.
Brama parkingowa zamyka sie bardzo szybko wiec jesli musisz wysiasc z samochodu aby zeskanowac bilet to zanim wsiadziesz do samochodu juz brama sie zamyka. Bardzo łatwo o uszkodzenie w ten sposob auta. Bardzo waskie miejsca parkingowe. Jesli masz wieksze walizki albo wozek dzieciecy to kierowca musi najpierw wyjechac z miejsca parkingowego aby mozna było wszystko wlozyc do samochodu.
A személyzet kedves volt, a reggeli is kifejezetten finom és nagy választékkal. Napközbeni limonádé, keksz, mandarin figyelmes gesztus. Az elhelyezkedése a szállodának kiváló. Wroclaw csodás kis város.
A szálloda 5 csillagos besorolása túlzás. Biztos az volt....régen...Kopottas berendezés, felújjításra szorulnának az ajtók. Szerintem a lift, folyosó takarítása sem megfelelő. Ár érték arányban szerintem lenne jobb. És ami a legrosszabb, hogy a meleg víz fullon éppen csak meleg volt, éppen zuhanyozni jó, de ahhoz is 2-3 percig engedni kellett a vizet, hogy ennyire meleg legyen. Nekem ez elfogadhatatlan, legyen az bármilyen szinvonalú szállás...de 5 csillagosnál főleg. Nekem csalódás volt a szállás.

Pobyt w tym hotelu to była czysta przyjemność. Proces zameldowania przebiegł całkowicie bezproblemowo, a pracownicy recepcji zasługują na ogromne uznanie – przemili, zawsze pomocni, uśmiechnięci i absolutnie profesjonalni. Czuć było, że są na właściwym miejscu i potrafią stworzyć atmosferę, w której gość czuje się swobodnie, bez zbędnego dystansu czy patrzenia z „góry”.
Cały obiekt jest bardzo schludny i nieskazitelnie czysty, a dostępne udogodnienia stoją na wysokim poziomie. Pokój był świetnie zaaranżowany, czysty i w pełni wyposażony - od kapci i szlafroków po komplet kosmetyków w łazience. Wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach.
Śniadania były przepyszne, różnorodne i regularnie uzupełniane, dzięki czemu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Ten pobyt był jednym z najmilszych i najbardziej komfortowych doświadczeń hotelowych, jakie mieliśmy - z pełnym przekonaniem wrócimy tu ponownie.
