Pros:

Motel 6 might be cleaner. Not sure if housekeeping is short staffed or what but there was hair stuck to the wall and in the sheets still. Bathroom tub is nasty, toilet had hair along with poop residue on the caulking, and bath soap is empty. This brand is usually nice but this place is nasty.

This hotel doesn’t live up to the Marriott brand

There was no telephone in room, no ice machine, the bed was not firm too soft, parking was limited, the tub was not that clean, the hotel needs a lot of updating, the breakfast was not that good we ate at a restaurant after first day. Will not stay here again. The toilet also didn’t flush properly we had bile movement in toilet overnight, but it finally flushed and we informed the staff upon checking out. The pillows were terrible and old.

I will never stay here
Pros:

I will say I don't advice anyone to stay here. Please look for another hotel. I ended up going to a whole Nother hotel. I was greeted and treated like someone I needed a hotel instead ass like one of the homeless people sleeping at the tables the front entrance.

Dirty and gross
Pros:

One of the grossest rooms I've stayed in, stains everywhere, broken phone, and our dishwasher doesn't work. We have four nights left and I can not wait to get to my bed at home

Pros:

The staff were so accommodating and a JOY to be around. The building common spaces, rooms and Pool were clean. The Grill was made available if we desired. My Family of for including a toddler stayed for 1 week. It was comfortable. Breakfast was prepared daily(Thanks Ms.Sue).

Pros:

Stayed at this property a few years ago when one of our kids graduated so we decided to stay for another graduation.

Room has lose tiles, missing closet doors and cigarette burned couches. We had a party of four but a lot of the dishware was for three. Towards the end of our stay one of the two toilets clogged but because it was a full trip we didn't bother with having to wait on maintenance to come.

Food was decent as they
had alternative meats for persons with dietary restrictions. Cage free eggs was a plus as well.

Not sure why we were able to hear people walking above us so loudly late at night. We wondered if someone was going to fall through the ceiling...

Some of the staff we met in the hallways were very kind and I recall some sweet elderly ladies in the breakfast room back in 2022 that greeted us every morning. This trip was different. Being met with jeers from the breakfast room staff was unacceptable. Customer service makes and breaks any hospitality institution and the main reason for not overlooking the shortcomings of the physical plant.
