Good stay. No issues

Room smelled like cigarettes and the fire alarm was broken

Walked in to broken TV remote with TV volume on. Fixed promptly but friendly desk clerk. Bolt to lock door was also broken.

The staff was great, my room was muggy (even at low temps) and smelled like an ash tray. There was stains and stuff on the wall. The front desk people were very friendly.

While our room was clean, the hallway and dining area were not. We had no towels in our room when we arrived. We requested towels for 3 guests on our way to dinner. When we got back we had towels for 2. Had to go get additional towels (which was not quick). Check in took about 15 minutes. FYI: no steps for the second floor. This is fine for us but for some with luggage or health issues, I suppose this could be an issue.

The staff was friendly,and our room was clean.The property seem a little runned down.

The WORST hotel experience I've had in 20+ years. Difficult check in, no one at the fro t desk when we arrived, had to hand over my ID and CC 3x before they could check me in. Entire hotel smelled musty. No elevator. No hot water for my morning shower. Missing light fixture in bathroom. Squealing exhaust fan. No breakfast at 7am, was frantically being brought out by a guy in flip flops. Broken metal lock on the door. Very noisy. Uncomfortable bedding. AWFUL.. STAY ELSEWHERE

This property is in need of major renovation and I would not stay there again.the curtain was torn, there was a conspicuous hole in the plasterboard. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
There was none!

Was near for what I needed. Also, in my price range.

Continental breakfast had a waffle maker and 5 slices of bread.

The room was clean and looked nice. Our only complaints; we found our smoke detector on top of the safe rather than in its place on the ceiling and the lack of elevator.

The hotel could have been cleaner. In the room I was in, the tv didn’t really work. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to reach my room on the second floor. There could have been more breakfast options. For the quality of the hotel, each night could have been a little cheaper.

We are not picky. And so, it was fine. Clean, quiet, front desk was friendly and helpful.
Complimentary breakfast was all carbs.
Nothing but grains, waffles, toast, cereal.
The mattress was very comfortable, we would stay here again.

The faucet was broken no one came to fix it , the strip between the bathroom door way I cut my feet , the breakfast area the waffle batter was broken, no creamer for the coffee, the toilet didn't flush all the way down, I notify four desk clerk about the issues I was having, Nothing was ever done, I was told multiple times that someone will come and fix it , but no one ever came , I'm definitely disappointed

The hotel was in very bad shape, bag of trash in hall way leading into room. We ended up not staying it was so bad. Avoid this location at all cost.

Filthy and run down

Mattress protector was full of stains. Door to room wasn’t properly closed and slightly open when checking in.

Ant problem and odor in room.
