Adequate
Cons:

The hand held shower wand didn't work.
We needed to use the pull.out bed and there were no linens for it. I called the front desk and actually had to go down to the desk to get the linens. I think that was not very customer friendly.

A great hotel with amazing staff, and we would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful, comfortable, and very well run. The staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it three times.

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was the pet fee. We were charged the full pet fee each time we extended our stay, even though we stayed in the same room with the same dog. That felt unnecessary and quite expensive.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Much
better in years past. The location is great. Bed was very comfortable.

The room location and amenities were great. I wouldn't change any of that.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The breakfast area was a little crowded when we went around 8:30-9am.

Cons:

The price was way too much for what our family is used to paying for 1 night.

Pros:

Everything! This hotel exceeded my boyfriend's and my expectations. The clean, the staff, and the breakfast were all excellent. I would definitely go back,And a special shout-out to Alan at the reception – he was fantastic!
