I associate the name Hilton with luxury and have thoroughly enjoyed past stays at other Hilton properties. Unfortunately
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The ice maker in the fridge was so loud we couldn’t use it and had to purchase ice at a nearby store. The tv in the bedroom wasn’t connected to the internet and the one in the living area kept freezing up the whole time. The pool was filthy at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday. The bottom was black in places and there was what appeared to black mold all around the sides, steps and tiles. I wanted it to enjoy a leisurely pool afternoon and swim, didn’t happen. When we were departing this morning we saw a giant bug on the pool sign on an inside hallway. I think it was a cockroach. Breakfast was pretty good the first morning but by the end of our stay it was lackluster and all the heated items except the eggs much had the same color-gray and cold.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The pool area needs update. It needs to be much larger. It’s very boring looking out there. Nothing attractive I suggest lounging chairs in the shade area music playing in the background

A wonderful and quiet place to stay just minutes from the hubbub of Charleston.
Pros:

Lovely property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that includes walkable shopping, groceries, and trendy restaurants.
The lady who handled the night shift and provided a bounteous breakfast was so friendly and did an amazing job.

Cons:

The hand held shower wand didn't work.
We needed to use the pull.out bed and there were no linens for it. I called the front desk and actually had to go down to the desk to get the linens. I think that was not very customer friendly.

A great hotel with amazing staff, and we would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful, comfortable, and very well run. The staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it three times.

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was the pet fee. We were charged the full pet fee each time we extended our stay, even though we stayed in the same room with the same dog. That felt unnecessary and quite expensive.
