A great hotel with amazing staff, and we would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful, comfortable, and very well run. The staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it three times.

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was the pet fee. We were charged the full pet fee each time we extended our stay, even though we stayed in the same room with the same dog. That felt unnecessary and quite expensive.

Lacking where it counted, so we didn’t finish our stay.

The room location and amenities were great. I wouldn't change any of that.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The breakfast area was a little crowded when we went around 8:30-9am.

The price was way too much for what our family is used to paying for 1 night.

Everything! This hotel exceeded my boyfriend's and my expectations. The clean, the staff, and the breakfast were all excellent. I would definitely go back,And a special shout-out to Alan at the reception – he was fantastic!

Loved the area close to restaurants! Very close to the beach!
Pros:

Close to different restaurants. All within walking distance! Breakfast was nice. Quiet place. Beach is 5 minutes away

No Heat!
Pros:

We were supposed to be staying 4 nights in the room, albeit on two separate reservations. Two on points, two paid. We were originally given rm. 219. After returning from dinner we discovered the heat would not work and the ice machine was inoperable too. Although the temperature never got above 68 in the room that night we made the best of it until morning.

The next morning we planned on cooking breakfast in our room, but when we got out the cookware it was in such bad condition that we didn't feel it would be safe to use!

Then we called the front desk to report all of the problems and was told it would be taken care of, but when we returned later that evening the maintenance guy was still in the room and he was plugging up twp space heaters. Through his broken English we also ascertained that he wasn't able to fix the ice maker either. Again, we decided to make the best of it for one more night. Not 5 minutes after he left one of the heaters made a loud popping sound and quit working and it also knocked out the T.V. in the bedroom and the other heater too! I managed to get one of the heaters working again on another circuit and called downstairs to let them know what had occurred. Since it was late we decided to stay in the room one more night and then move to rm. 221 the next morning.

After we moved all of our belongings the next morning we discovered the cookware in that room was in worse shape than the previous one and the floor behind the bathroom door was filthy with hair and some sort of pink colored rubbish.

All in all it was horrible stay and we do not plan to ever return to this location!!
