The hotel is walking distance from the Time Square’s subway station. Close to the theatre we were going to. The staff were simply amazing and super helpful.

Cons:

I have no complaints. The location was ideal. The staff super welcoming.

Séjour incroyable à 2 pas de Times Square
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment incroyable. Nous étions en bas de Time Square , la vue sur les buildings également était génial. Vraiment top, le personnel était vraiment très souriant accueillant. Ce qui est génial aussi, c’est la petite supérette dans l’hôtel qui nous permet de faire quelques petites courses avant la tempête de neige.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé un petit déjeuner pour notre séjour et quand nous avons demandé à l’hôtel, ils nous ont dit que ça faisait un moment qu’ils ne proposait plus de petit déjeuner. Nous avons payé cette prestation pour au final y a rien avoir

ne faites pas le petit déjeuner de matin, c’est insupportable. Je dirais même honteux. un espèce de pain sous vide la Femme avec un café américain dans un verre en plastique. Non merci je déjeune dehors et enlevez-moi le déjeuner tout compris c’est pas la peine s’il fout ta gueule. prenez bien le métrage de la chambre car il correspond pas du tout à ce qu’on vous vend.

Cons:

The property cancelled the booking even though I had paid in advance in full. I was in town for a concert that I was performing and had to get to a sound check. The hotel accommodated me in their partner hotel which was adequate but not the hotel I booked. Disappointing. While they made every effort to accommodate it took a little time and was never given a reason as to why hotel had cancelled a fully prepaid booking.
