we were swopped here from millennium premier due to “renovations” and told it was an upgrade! lost breakfast add on (reason i booked here) no compensation and room was very average and extremely dated

L’emplacement reste excellent, en plein Times Square, idéal pour visiter New York à pied.

J’avais réservé une chambre supérieure rénovée au Millennium Premier New York Times Square, mais en raison de travaux, j’ai été déplacé au Millennium Broadway New York Times Square.
La chambre fournie n’était clairement pas au niveau attendu : état très moyen, loin d’une chambre rénovée, ce qui est décevant au vu du prix payé.
De plus, j’avais payé un petit-déjeuner qui ne m’a jamais été fourni, et le personnel sur place n’a apporté aucune solution, ce qui est inacceptable. Je recommande cette établissement uniquement pour la localisation.

The hotel is walking distance from the Time Square’s subway station. Close to the theatre we were going to. The staff were simply amazing and super helpful.

Séjour incroyable à 2 pas de Times Square

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment incroyable. Nous étions en bas de Time Square , la vue sur les buildings également était génial. Vraiment top, le personnel était vraiment très souriant accueillant. Ce qui est génial aussi, c’est la petite supérette dans l’hôtel qui nous permet de faire quelques petites courses avant la tempête de neige.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé un petit déjeuner pour notre séjour et quand nous avons demandé à l’hôtel, ils nous ont dit que ça faisait un moment qu’ils ne proposait plus de petit déjeuner. Nous avons payé cette prestation pour au final y a rien avoir
