***They overbook this hotel & you will risk a last minute cancellation minutes before your check-in!

My confirmed and paid in full reservation was cancelled minutes before my check in time of 3pm.
I found out when I arrived just after 3pm to check in.
Stated reason- Overbooked!
There is no excuse for that, and I was in a pickle because of it. Upon researching, I found there were others as well as myself on the same day with the same excuse. It seems to be a frequent occurrence at this hotel. No compensation was given, so I will NEVER stay here, though I have a week in Burbank at least once a year annually.

Nothing nice, dirty, bad, holor.
Pros:

The accommodation is terrible, it smells like marijuana all the way around the hall and one of the invitations that I had given hello to pure shit, the manager said that I will give discount for the inconvenience when I asked about it at the frontdest, they told me that they could not communicate with me, they do not comply with what they say and I was not the only one in the time I was there, other clients spent cursing the place and the service apart, I asked one who cleans the rooms what every time they change the clothes of the beds and I reply that every month this is disgusting, I do not recommend it, it is hotel garbage.

Nothing. Filthy refrigerator- no shampoo, conditioner - these are all necesities

Cons:

Horrible parking. We waited for 3am until 5:45am to get a parking. All they say was, Goodluck from the employee. Change the rusty refrigerator !! The chip off floor is dangerous for elders.

There was no parking at all. Dog or cat poop all in the of the property before entering the lobby it was disgusting. Online it showed there was a big variety of breakfast items and coffee. False advertising It was very disappointing when we went down for breakfast. There was no coffee in the coffee pot and maybe like five granola bars on a small coffee table right when you enter the lobby. there was hair all in our beds when we pulled back the blankets the bathroom floor didn’t look like it was swept. The bathroom sink counter was dirty

Unprofessional, lack of understanding, came across as many budget cuts were the results of them doing anything about the problems that were happening. Shower head leaked while showering to bathroom floor, kitchen sink had a hard time draining water, ac unit was leaking water, stained bathroom wall, hard time getting room cleaned by housekeeping, requested sheets to be replaced I had to make many calls to get them, room phone was not functional it was there for just display. Huge disappointment over all considering I had my child with me, I could change hotels because it was last min to make any changes.
