The accommodation is terrible, it smells like marijuana all the way around the hall and one of the invitations that I had given hello to pure shit, the manager said that I will give discount for the inconvenience when I asked about it at the frontdest, they told me that they could not communicate with me, they do not comply with what they say and I was not the only one in the time I was there, other clients spent cursing the place and the service apart, I asked one who cleans the rooms what every time they change the clothes of the beds and I reply that every month this is disgusting, I do not recommend it, it is hotel garbage.
Nothing I liked about it is a disgusting thing, I do not recommend anything.

Horrible parking. We waited for 3am until 5:45am to get a parking. All they say was, Goodluck from the employee. Change the rusty refrigerator !! The chip off floor is dangerous for elders.

The kitchen
There was no parking at all. Dog or cat poop all in the of the property before entering the lobby it was disgusting. Online it showed there was a big variety of breakfast items and coffee. False advertising It was very disappointing when we went down for breakfast. There was no coffee in the coffee pot and maybe like five granola bars on a small coffee table right when you enter the lobby. there was hair all in our beds when we pulled back the blankets the bathroom floor didn’t look like it was swept. The bathroom sink counter was dirty
Unprofessional, lack of understanding, came across as many budget cuts were the results of them doing anything about the problems that were happening. Shower head leaked while showering to bathroom floor, kitchen sink had a hard time draining water, ac unit was leaking water, stained bathroom wall, hard time getting room cleaned by housekeeping, requested sheets to be replaced I had to make many calls to get them, room phone was not functional it was there for just display. Huge disappointment over all considering I had my child with me, I could change hotels because it was last min to make any changes.

The room had obvious water damage on the bottom of all walls and cabinets. There was a water leak , no one man’s the desk. Got no help. The hotel itself smells like cat pee
The front desk person was extremely nice and apologetic to how run down the property was.
Hotel was rundown, slum hotel. The room was heavily outdated with unmatched furniture. There was no TV in the room and the AC didn’t work half the time. Police were circling every what seemed like every 30 minutes. Did not feel safe on property at all. This hotel needs a complete overhaul and update.
Lots of noise at 2 am from the room above, sisters room's A/C was out of commission. Meh!
The stay was horrific , the refrigerator made noise all night , the bed was lumpy , the sink in the bathroom would not turn off , the tub would not drain only one burner on the stove worked , I would rate a complete 0

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at, owners have clearly gave up on this hotel.
Hotel is run down, hallways smelled, elevator sounds like it's ready to break down and staff was rarely at the front desk to help
It is close to the Burbank Airport and a giant shopping complex.
The smell. The ac didn’t work. The window was impossible to open and close. The ceiling leaks. The sink leaks. The elevators were broken. The staff acted like their conversation was interrupted and were pissed about it when checking in.
