The perfect home away from home

I like it that it was around stores that I can drive to and walk to
Around the back of the door has very bad odors from dog pee by the back door. The rooms were not thoroughly clean. They still had dirt and hair in the bathroom. The washing machines and dryers don’t work properly took my money have washed my clothes and didn’t dry my clothes and I put money in the dryer twice and the staff said they can’t give me money back, but my clothes are not dry. Will not be revising that location again, and the elevator sound like a death trap and is out of date
Centrally located to shopping and freeway. Free parking
No pool.
1 elevator was out of order while the other elevator seemed to need service.
Room was ok however several of our towels had human and pet hair on them.

The staff had an average attitude, the facilities were outdated, and the items on the walls in the room were not replaced-they had clearly been used by others and had a lot of hair on them. The bed sheets were wrinkled. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

I didn't like that the elevator seemed to break down going down was rough and the hallway smelled like marijuana and there were roaches on the walls AND there was animal hair on the bed sheets!!!

The price.
Not being able to check in a little early. In fact it wasn't until just after their check in time that a room was ready.
We booked 2 nights as we were finishing a week long trip to visit family and friends in Cali. The staff is friendly. The issue was the room and what is listed as amenities. I went to the store for food and when we entered the room- no microwave and cabinets were bare. I was told no microwave or coffee and then handed old and gross cookware. My friend said something was biting her feet as she sat in bed. I booked another hotel ASAP, told the staff we could not stay for the two nights and left. I requested the manager look at our situation. I understand the usual "no refunds", but this was not the typical, "I just choose to leave." After a week, the manager declined and I was charged $291 for 2 nights that never happened. This place has other issues that I won't address here, but we booked a MUCH better hotel for the exact same price- gorgeous lobby, coffee in room, pool, etc. I am known for ONLY leaving positive reviews, but this deserves what it's getting. The request I had was for at least ONE night refunded. The offer was to give me a room for a future stay? Did they even read my notes? Oh well, just be aware that there are other hotels nearby that will offer a lot more for the same money.
The property was unacceptable under any point of you
It was dirty, the services were poor and the building smelled in any corner. The breakfast was to be made standing. We decided to leave it immediately and asked for reimbursement
