The room had obvious water damage on the bottom of all walls and cabinets. There was a water leak , no one man’s the desk. Got no help. The hotel itself smells like cat pee
The front desk person was extremely nice and apologetic to how run down the property was.
Hotel was rundown, slum hotel. The room was heavily outdated with unmatched furniture. There was no TV in the room and the AC didn’t work half the time. Police were circling every what seemed like every 30 minutes. Did not feel safe on property at all. This hotel needs a complete overhaul and update.
Lots of noise at 2 am from the room above, sisters room's A/C was out of commission. Meh!
The stay was horrific , the refrigerator made noise all night , the bed was lumpy , the sink in the bathroom would not turn off , the tub would not drain only one burner on the stove worked , I would rate a complete 0

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at, owners have clearly gave up on this hotel.
Hotel is run down, hallways smelled, elevator sounds like it's ready to break down and staff was rarely at the front desk to help
It is close to the Burbank Airport and a giant shopping complex.
The smell. The ac didn’t work. The window was impossible to open and close. The ceiling leaks. The sink leaks. The elevators were broken. The staff acted like their conversation was interrupted and were pissed about it when checking in.

Bad experience overall rooms were dirty check in lady was rude and tried to charge me twice. Checked in went to the room and it was dirty went back to front desk gave me another room and once again it was dirty and the hallways and lobby smelled like marijuana

Not much, probably the attitude of the staff was the only thing I could think of "being good" during my stay.
The registration process was unacceptable.
And the room nearby was under construction all night. I believe they stopped working around 8am on Saturday. Halls reeked of cigarette smoke.

No pool. No real breakfast. Stale muffins. No milk. It took 15 minutes for front desk staff to return. Property seemed very run down.
