Great price, but a smelly AC unit
Pros:

Great location off of I40, friendly staff, and a great price.

Cons:

The AC in one of our rooms had a distinct musty smell that was unpleasant.

Clean, friendly, but outdated. Good rates! I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was AMAZING! Their customer service was impeccable. They have staff 24 hours a day.

Cons:

The property was clean but outdated. The bedding was clean but stained in a few spots and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Very clean room with comfortable bed and super soft towels. Right off I40. Very friendly and helpful staff.

In my opion, the place is run down. Internet was spotty. Grab-n-go breakfast, sort of.

Cons:

Same as above. I didnt take a photo of the car sotting by the front office, with 4 flat/low tires. What a nice greeting - NOT!

Clean and cheap at under eighty dollars which I consider a great value for 2 queens.
Pros:

Did not know they had a breakfast. I was not told.
Liked the price value. The thin firm pillows are nice, but would have liked the addition of one soft and thin (e.g., 4") pillow along with the firm pillows.

Cons:

I did not know they had a fee breakfast so I ended up paying for our family breakfast, plus coffee!!! They need to add a thin but soft pillow to the assortment of all firm pillows.
