This hotel should probably be closed. It needs an update extremely bad. The carpets were extremely filthy with stains everywhere, there was debris on the carpet that was there when we checked in and still there when we checked out. The were exposed wires at a security camera by the front desk. The breakfast had no flavor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so much so that neither my wife or I hardly slept. There are many other fine establishments within 10 miles of this hotel. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and has been going downhill. I don't think the carpet has ever been cleaned and doesn't appear that anyone cares. I would choose a different establishment, because we will never be staying at this particular hotel again. The only saving grace with the staff were nice.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in need of a remodel and a deep clean though. At the very least, they should replace the carpet in the hallways. It's pretty gross and doesn't make a good first impression for guests.

Mona is very rude and does not assist. I canceled my reservation 5 months ago. Instead of helping me with pending charges she kept interrupting me. Insisted that I was being rude, and did not maintain professionalism in any capacity. Will never frequent this business based off of Mona.

The kitchen set up was fine not a lot of pots but workable, you do need to buy your own stuff as well. Parking was great
The carpet on the entire2nd floor was clearly filthy with stsins.
Hotel hallways in need of maintenance. Carpets need to be cleaned. Ice area on third floor is an eye sore. Staff is friendly and professional. Room is clean and comfortable.

Average. Prepaid for accessible King bed & Kitchen room for 3 nights from 9/11/25-9/14/25. Room reserved wasn't available during check in, but we were assured by the attendant Hudson it would be available the next day.
The next day, I was told by the GM Lena that the room was given to another customer and that the accessible Double Queen & Kitchen room I was given is all they had. She insisted that the only thing she could do is offer an apology for my inconvenience and that the queen double is equal. Yikes! I shouldn't have to explain why I was expecting more than an apology but here it goes... I was traveling with my accessiblity needs husband on my birthday 9/11 to go to the Canelo vs. Crawford fight. I would've canceled the reservation and went to another hotel but most was sold out due to the fight. Did not need or want 2 beds. Inconvenienced & disappointed.

Great location for a stay near family, convenient to a ton of places in Henderson. The place definitely needs some TLC/refresh though. The staff was really nice, check in and check out were super smooth.
The bathroom tub Crete the carpets were disgusting. My room carpets were ripped for it was sticky light fixtures missing plugs, not working dresser door kept opening. Seems like the floor isn’t even you see water damage all over the room. The remote was sticky not gonna go stay in this place again. They needed a whole new remodel.
It is an older hotel but everyone from the receptionist to the cleaning staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

It was a perfect get away from life. Friendly staff and people. Very clean and quiet. They have a wonderful breakfast between 6:30am-10am so you dont have to spend any money on going to like ihop or something because they have a pretty good variety. It is a great location you have bars , restaurants, stores, fast food, smoke shops, and convenient stores within walking distance. They also have a little store in their lobby with snacks cheaper then the gas station. All around it was a great experience and worth the money. Thank you we will be back.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is great and very attentive. The breakfast is pretty good as well. The hotel is not really up to date but they kept it clean.
