Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and lovely room, staff were friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

Not an issue for us - but the lift didn’t go directly to our floor so had to walk down half a flight of stairs with our luggage.

Not going to rush back
Pros:

location although very noisy during the night, meal was nice but very pricey. Valet parking 40 dollars.

Cons:

staff we found an empty water bottle in the minibar and took it down and asked it to be replaced as soon as we got there. was charged the next morning athough we informed staff and requested another bottle. was later refunded when we contested it. no one asked i lf they could take bags to our room. Asked for superior room not superior at all. Have stayed several times before, but this time found quality slipping.

Had an amazing stay at the Fable Hotel. Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their friendly service made all the difference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

A convenient location,friendly staff and comfortable accommodation ensured an enjoyable Dunedin experience.
Pros:

The Fable is situated in a very convenient location close to local amenities.Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming at check-in. The “Classic”room was cozy,clean and comfortable.A cafe across the street from the hotel has excellent coffee and choice of food from the menu or cabinet.

Comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities.

Cons:

Vacuuming in the room wasn't great, dust and fluff visible. A tight squeeze getting into one side of the bed and no bedside table or space for a phone, book, glass of water. Appreciated the very comfortable bed.
