Pros:

見た目は素敵。バスローブとスリッパがあった。ロケーションも良い。スタッフは一流。　ベッドの寝心地は良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターを降りても階段があり、重いスーツケースを持っていると不便。シャワーヘッドは、思うように固定せず使いづらく、シャワーの水が外に流れていき、かなり水が飛び散る。　シングルベッドが2台あったがとても幅狭くて主人は寝返り打つと落ちそうになる。ポットのお水が捨てられてなく、前の宿泊客が使ってままになっていた。

Location was good.

Cons:

Noise pollution from outside- windows are single glass. Shower heads are so bad. Shower water spreads to toilet. Bed was very small! Pot was not cleaned and water from the former guest was inside the pot.

Booked 2 rooms and one had no windows but didn’t mention when booking. Also smelt v smoky and dirty. Parking was v difficult. Staff fixed issues but only with pushing.

Comfortable luxury.
Pros:

Beautifully appointed details. Room was the perfect temp, always adjusting to what was set and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

There was a little problem with a light not turning off in the wardrobe, but we let the hotel know.

The staff is the bar were really nice and friendly.

Cons:

The description of the room was sadly lacking. They put me in the worst room in the hotel I would say . Tiny room with no where to sit, difficult to get to - elevator and then 3 flights of stairs. The service elevator was right next to my room so noise was an issue.
If I had known this was the room you would get for $275 I would not have stayed here. What an absolute waste of money. Front desk staff were bordering on rude and not helpful at all.
Recommend that Booking.com show accurate pictures and description or rooms as this was definitely a ‘bait & switch’ situation.

Great location, always comfortable and really lovely hospitality from the staff.
Pros:

Lovely rooms and hospitality.

No allocated parking, not a big deal as they had street parking which was untimed until 9am.

Overall good but the two bar staff not up to scratch.
Pros:

Very poor bar service.
On three occasions I ordered two drinks that never arrived. I had to go to the bar each time to remind the staff.
