Absolutely blown away by the level of kindness, grace shown to others, attention to detail and above all excellent customer service when working with India at Homewood Suites by The Hilton. I watched her handle endless vendors, employees, questions, calls, requests, demands, remodeling (less than nice corporate contractors) finishing up and also making sure guests were being checked in and tended to. INDIA YOU ARE THE DEFINITION OF “BE KIND TO OTHERS, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH” and I can say that this young woman should be traveling for The Hilton Hospitality group opening their resorts and then some.

It was clean, elegant, charming, the beer tap is SO cool, and I can’t wait to stay the night this summer with the whole family just because. The event planned and put on was extremely well thought through and the charcuterie by small woman owned business Boards and Berries (free delivery to Homewood Suites guests, always!) was superb.

HIGHLY recommend Homewood Suites and so refreshing to have the hometown feel when you walk in paired with kindness from ALL of their staff I encountered (Trenese, Jennifer, Jason, cleaning staff and more) and I give it a 10/10 and know it’ll only get better!!

This was a suspected 2 day business trip on a seminar i was wanting to attend, to make a long story short this was a horrible exp still to this date 2 days later no one has reached out to me. This is a newly renovated room , I will say the bath was the best i loved the shower BUT NO TUB for almost 250.00 this room is WAAAY overpriced.

I watched a video before i left seeing the amenities i was told they had a pool well when i got their the pool was closed for maintenance reasons. The bathrooms were filthy crap in the toilet , and NO toilet paper..

I was hosting a friend to cook dinner , and there was No knives i had to cut an onion with a butter knife, there was no hairdryer, no pots and pans and the front desk russian lady , didnt sound to concerned ,, it was her language barrier., i explained i was not happy she did not help at all took 20 min to bring pots and pans , and at that brought me 1 pot for pasta , and a small frying pan, with no cover.
This was embarrassing.

They claimed all the utensils were brand new and i called them out telling them i took pictures and spoted in my drawer ALL 3 forks were different. No measuring cup nothing as the video showed. The couch was like a temu or ikea couch super cheap as it was a hard as a bench.
I ended up checking out early i was so dissatisfied. be also prepared to have them actually charge your card an ADDITIONAL 150.00 for incidental fees.

We I asked they said it would be refunded I was under the impression it was on hold..
i was charged 242.00 for one night, what a rip off this is a glorified comfort inn do not bring in guests here you will be embarrassed.. I am am reimbursed by hilton as I am a club member I will take this review down. but aside from that everything i wrote is completely true.. Darci was helpful checking out but everyone else needs a course in managment control. sadly.

The best part was the always-friendly staff.

I chose this hotel because my 1st experience here (about 2yrs ago) was great. This time around it has been horrible. Front desk attendant is horrible. My room looks like it was barely clean. Sh*t on the floor, bed looked slept in. And of course there is no manager on duty and nothing noone can do. This has completely ruined my VALENTINE'S day! I am beyond pissed. I can't even cancel to find a better room. I will never come back here again!

I am a weekly business traveler. This is one of my favorite places to rest my head. Newly updated from the rooms to the lobby, right down to the pillows on the couch! Clean. Best staff. When I come in Me. Veronica greets me by name. When they see my reservation they block my favorite room. Now that is superior customer service.

Close to the freeway

Front desk was very helpful. They recommended food options that were amazing. I had an awesome corned beef sandwhich from Slymans Independence, ohio. From the time I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my short stay pleasant.

Staff was amazing! Everyone from the desk to the cleaning crew was so nice! We will be back for sure! The breakfast was also great!

10/10 I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for with their warm, attentive service. Check-in was fast and effortless.
Tommy was a big help for me during my stay, such a positive attitude, and fostered such a welcoming energy.
My room was very clean! Housekeeping did a phenomenal job each day, keeping everything fresh and perfect.

This is a wonderful property. Very clean and the people were so helpful. We definitely would return back. So many restaurants and shopping to pick from. Very easy to get downtown. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay business or leisure.
