I like the pool I like that it was breakfast.

I am a weekly business traveler. This is one of my favorite places to rest my head. Newly updated from the rooms to the lobby, right down to the pillows on the couch! Clean. Best staff. When I come in Me. Veronica greets me by name. When they see my reservation they block my favorite room. Now that is superior customer service.

Close to the freeway

Front desk was very helpful. They recommended food options that were amazing. I had an awesome corned beef sandwhich from Slymans Independence, ohio. From the time I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my short stay pleasant.

Staff was amazing! Everyone from the desk to the cleaning crew was so nice! We will be back for sure! The breakfast was also great!

10/10 I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for with their warm, attentive service. Check-in was fast and effortless.
Tommy was a big help for me during my stay, such a positive attitude, and fostered such a welcoming energy.
My room was very clean! Housekeeping did a phenomenal job each day, keeping everything fresh and perfect.

This is a wonderful property. Very clean and the people were so helpful. We definitely would return back. So many restaurants and shopping to pick from. Very easy to get downtown. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay business or leisure.

Everyone was so friendly at the hotel and the process from checking in to checking out. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have everything we needed in the room. Would stay again!

My son and I have been here for the past three months because we had a fire in our apartment and the whole staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home and cared for. Monday through Thursday the breakfast is excellent they even remember keep our favorite items available. Every concern I brought to them was met with understanding and addressed with a sense of urgency

Positives: Front desk and Kitchen people are very friendly and helpful
Lobby and Eating areas are very nice, clean and organized
Enjoyable breakfast
Negatives: Poor maintenance of rooms: cleanliness issues i.e strong odor in bathroom,
dirty floor, kitchen wares in dishwasher remained from previous guests
Ruined furniture: damaged table and chairs
On day of housekeeping: soaps not refilled; dirty towels not removed...
though new towels provided; bed linens not changed.

From Day one, at check in Clara rolled out the red carpet. Every since l have been embraced by a warm staff. ☺️The GM Trenise, and her staff just to name a few: Indea(Front Desk) Indea(Accounting), Esom, Kara, Darcee, and Tommy make my weekly visits pleasurable. I live a hour away, and have to be to work at 5am. It definitely makes a difference when you feel like your home away from home. Rooms are always clean, and comfortable. This property is VERY QUIET compared to other properties l stayed at over the years. Lastly the area is very walker friendly with sidewalks. Definitely my top pick. Go ahead and click that MAKE RESERVATION button!😁
