Amazing, clean and accomodating
Pros:

After missing our flight home after an accident on boarding, we had to find our own accommodation. This was the first we found on google, we explained the situation ( 1.15am) they said no issues come over.
The hotel was amazing, they couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. When our insurance dragged their heals past our check out time the hotel despite being fully booked agreed to let us stay in our room for a 2nd night.
It was 4 star and €125 bed and breakfast for me and the husband. Rooms excellent and sparkling clean, food was amazing. Couldn’t find fault at all! On check out they said we could leave our room @5pm no extra charge. They also paid for our taxi transfer to the airport

Very disappointing stay – the hotel failed to provide the advertised airport transfer and fell short in several other im
Cons:

I booked this hotel through Booking.com because it advertised a free airport transfer, which was one of the main reasons I chose it.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide the transfer as promised. Shortly before my arrival, the receptionist informed me that the driver would not pick me up because he had other bookings the following morning. I was then told that the airport transfer was “subject to availability,” even though this was not made clear when I made the reservation.

This was very disappointing. If a hotel advertises a free airport transfer, it should honor that commitment or clearly state any limitations before guests book. Instead, I was left to arrange and pay for my own transportation at the last minute.

In addition, the hotel is located on a very busy street, making it noisy throughout the night. The hairdryer in the room did not work, and there was only one complimentary bottle of water provided for two guests.

Had I known that the advertised airport transfer could simply be canceled due to the hotel’s scheduling issues, I would have chosen a different hotel. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the service that was advertised and included in my booking, so I cannot recommend staying here.

Hotel estratégico con un gran servicio
Pros:

Un gran hotel situado lejos de la capital, pero muy cerca del aeropuerto y del Sur. Un hotel con habitaciones muy amplias, con su balcón, muy limpio y baño también super amplio con plato de ducha. El desayuno, genial con una amplia variedad de productos de los que se incluye zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido. En la azotea dispone de un cómodo gimnasio y una piscina muy agradable con servicio de toallas. Para terminar dispone nada más salir andando unos metros de un centro comercial, con una gran amplia variedad de ocio. Si quieres estar lejos de la capital y de tanto tráfico este es un hotel perfecto y por último también dispone de servicio de traslado al aeropuerto.

Cons:

La señal de WiFi es bastante corta, al menos en el tercer piso que era donde estaba ubicado.

Deberían de poner el anuncio para que cuando la persona haga la reserva vea si le interesa o no

Me gustó sus instalaciones, el servicio que tienen en el restaurante el camarero que avía en el turno de mañana un encanto, y el camarero que estaba en el turno de noche un encanto la cena muy rica.

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación, con polvo , la limpiaron el dia de su salida mala mente, la tasa del bater te sentabas y te que dabas pegada tuve que coger una toaya para limpiar con champú,, el domingo no quitaron ni la papelera del baño ni habitación tuve que ponerla en la terraza, deberían de publicar que no ahi servicio de limpieza x dias o que no lo tienen y mínimo dejar una bregona en el baño para secar el suelo porque resbala mucho solicité el servicio de transporte y me dijeron que no lo tenían y el domingo en la noche estaba aparcado ahi y el lunes cuando me fuy ahi seguía no entiendo para que publican que ahi un servicio de trasporte, etc
