צוות המלון היה מקסים. טיפל בכל בקשה שהייתה לנו, היו זמינים ואדיבים מאוד. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. מיטה נוחה מאוד.

Pros:

La suite era muy bonita y confortable.
Y tenía un hermoso balcón aterrazado.

Cons:

En el desayuno del primer día la cafetera no funcionaba bien en la totalidad de sus funciones y no había tostadora.
Nos quedamos y el 2° día la cafetera funcionaba con normalidad y apareció una tostadora..
Considerando el precio pagado entiendo que esto no debió suceder.

Pros:

food Chefs dinning staff and seeing my long time Hotel manager after 5 years
Ronin still has highly respectful hospitality

Cons:

The shower glass doors are too narrow water spills out to the floors and toilet basins and you need to mop the floors after shower

היה לנו נח ונעים
Pros:

השירות היה מצויין, היתה לנו בעיה בחדר שטופלה מיד, ומאותו רגע ליווה אותנו רונן באופן אישי ודאג שנרגיש בנח במלון. היינו בשישי שבת ארוחת ערב שישי היתה עשירה בסלטים והיה מגוון של אוכל.הכל היה נראה טרי. ארוחת הבוקר גם היא היתה מגוונת ועשירה.
החדרים מאובזרים בריהוט מודרני וניכר שהשקיעו מחשבה בבחירת הרהיטים לנוחות המשתמשים.

Terrible
Pros:

This hotel was very disappointing. It was incredibly filthy- not just dirty but disgusting. Firstly we found hairs in our bed - not just one bed, but all 4. They wouldn’t change our room so they changed our bedding. The hallways in the hotel are filthy and look like they have never been vacuumed before- not to mention they are the original carpets from when the hotel was built. We had to change rooms after two nights because there was cigarette smoke coming in to our room from who knows where. The only positive was that the breakfast was decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

לא ציפינו לאירוח כזה טוב.
Pros:

כבר בכניסה למלון הניקיון הורגש בכל פינה, עיקר העיקרים היה היחס של נציגת הקבלה ושל מנהל המשמרת הכל באדיבות, בנעימות ובסבלנות רבה.
לציבור הדתי / חרדי המיקום של המלון ממש בסמוך לבתי כנסת ולמקוואות.

אולי להסדיר עוד קצת מקומות חניה.
