If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning?

It wasnt so clean

The bathroom need to be upgraded , the water leaks on the shower floor
Breakfast sekection could have more protein

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions.

The beds and the room itself were really small.

And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature,
I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

We had a room with a beautiful view. The air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast was served with a large variety and staff were very accommodating.

Beautiful view with pool. Very nice common areas and staff. The rooms themselves were mediocre. The carpet in hallways needs replacing and our smoke free room sometimes didn't seem like it because of the vent. Overall I liked this hotel though. The meal was also great despite a bit pricey.

As a whole the hotel is a very nice facility. Great views, pool and lobby areas. Great staff. The only negative is that the room areas don't feel as clean as they could be (carpeted floors) but overall I recommend this hotel is you don't mind walking a bit to the waterfront.

I didn't like that the elevators were 100 years old, the carpets in the hallways were sticky, the room door was open when i arrived, the room smelled like bug spray, the floor was sticky, the glasses were dirty, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. The breakfast was bad. There were probably more things but I can't remember now. Not a good experience at all.

Not a friendly Hotel, far from center, no ccoperative staff, expensive for nothing....they are many economical Hotels in Israel with better service and more friendly people

The room was nice. The meals were expensive. We asked for a do not sign and got it when we were leaving, too laye. We Sked for water and the giy in di,ing room did not want to give it. He finally did but asked us for 20 sheckels.

We arrived on Friday (shabat) all of the hotel facilities were closed inclusive elevator working on auto mode which is frustrating. I believe you should know this. Even television was out of service.
There was a lot of dust on shelves and the overall feeling that it was more like a hostel than a hotel, a also the price wasn't proportional to the quality. Not satisfied.

good stay and condition for fair price

This is a good location near the sea 10-12 min walk, room are terrible i got a suit and it looked like a jail cell, low ceiling very badly maintained paint jobs not done..to be fair i usually dont stay on lower end property so maybe that is the standard..

All in all it's worth the price but no more.
Team hotel is fine, attentive and responsive.
They do the most as they can.
Particularly bad was the air conditioner noise that prevents sleeping and the parking barrier where it may take long before someone open it from the hotel.

I asked for check in at 3pm but the room was ready at 5pm, two hours we were out of hotel

Malik was very gand nice the same with the staff in the dining room especially Monique.

Basic but clean and in good taste.
