Due to the current situation they are doing the best they can. Happy they did not cancel on me
Pros:

I am sympathetic due to the current situation where 3 of the 5 hotels I booked for our stay (end April / early May) cancelled on me (to their credit, Prima Gaili did not cancel). Due to low occupancy services were at a minimum but the room was comfortable and we were given vouchers for breakfast at Greg's which was absolutely delicious. What was also good was the hotel was on the bus routes so easy to get around.

Cons:

Given the low occupancy there was limited English although we managed to overcome the challenge for example the hairdryer was not working but we were given a replacement at reception when we asked.

יש תמורה למחיר.

Cons:

אין חניה. מיקום באזור רחוק מהכל בטבריה.
לא הייתה גם בריכה עם מים רדודים לתינוקות.
הבריכה מסודרת בצורה מסוכנת שאפשר לעוף לתוך הבריכה רק כי אתה רוצה לעבור מהמקום שלך ליציאה.

צוות נחמד ומשתדל מאוד לעזור

Cons:

מיקום- מרוחק מכל דבר, במעלה העיר. התארחנו בסופש ואין מסביב שום דבר פתוח- לא מכולת ובטח לא מקום בילוי.
מלון- חדרים לאחר שיפוץ אבל לא פרקטי, תחזוקה גרועה.

מקום טעון שיפור. לא להזמין !

החדר משופץ ונקי.
קיבלנו חדר שפונה לקיר של בניין שכן.. ביקשנו להחליף חדר, החליפו לנו לחדר בקומה גבוהה יותר.

Cons:

מיקום המלון טעון שיפור, נמצא באמצע העיר. גם בקומה 14 היה רעש נוראי מהכביש .
החדר קטן וצפוף, במקלחת לא ניתן להתקלח בלי להציף את האמבטיה
באתר בוקינג, בבחירת החדרים מצויין שניתן לאכול ארוחת בוקר בעלות של 70₪ לאדם, מסתבר שחדר האוכל כלל לא פעיל במלון.
מתוך 14 קומות ! של המלון, אנחנו היינו האורחים היחידים בסופ'ש.
הבניין ישן, המעלית חורקת ומפחידה.
