היינו לילה אחד והופתענו לטובה מהתמורה למחיר ומהצוות
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר של שבת "בעייתית" במלונות ישראלים בשל אי הדלקת אש בשבת. בפרימה גליל התגברו על הבעיה עם מגוון של מנות קרות וסלטים כמו גם מנות חמות שהוכנו מראש - שקשוקה, בורקס, גחנון ועוד.

Очень приятный персонал. Камилла на рецепшине - очень милая и приятная девушка, помогла решить наши пожелания.
Шампанское в честь дня рождения, как комплимент - очень мило и приятно.
Вкусные ужины и завтраки.

Exzellentes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, das gilt auch für das Abendessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft sofort auch spezielle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das gilt insbesondere für den Hotelmanager und seine Vertretung

Great location and breakfast!
Pros:

The location and cost alone make this hotel worth staying ant despite anything I didn’t like. The breakfast was a great spread and they have a fun coffee machine.

Cons:

We had two single beds pushed together but there was nothing keeping them together so if you ended up in the middle the beds would push apart.
No flat sheet on the beds and the only blanket was too short for me (I’m five foot ten).
We had family in the room beside us and could clearly hear everything they said when they’re were in the washroom.
After waiting for the coffee machine to be cleaned, 3 staff members walked right in front of me and made themselves drinks.
Parking is a pain, but it can be found for free which is a big plus in Israel!

Es waren traumhaft schöne Ferien - es hätte nicht besser sein können !

אנו מתארחים במקום כבר פעם שלישית. מלון מצויין, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים. הצוות סבלני ואדיב נענה בסבלנות וחיוך לכל שאלה ובקשה. ארוחת הערב היתה מגוונת וטעימה כמו גם ארות הבוקר. אך גולת הכותרת היא רונן מנהל המלון שתמיד זמין , עוזר, משדרג ומפנק בצורה אישית לכל אחד מהאורחים כך שההרגשה שם היא שהאורח מעל הכל.

Siisti miellyttävä hotelli ja huippu henkilökunta
Pros:

Aamiainen oli välimerellinen/israelilainen monipuolinen buffet-aamiainen. Huoneen hintaan sisältyi myös buffet-illallinen. Huone oli tilava, siisti ja kaunis. Parkkipaikkakin järjestyi, vaikkei oltu varattu sitä ennakolta.

Cons:

Hotelliin ajaminen oli hieman vaikeaa, kun mitkään karttaohjelmat eivät ohjanneet oikein, mutta lopulta sinne löydettiin.

זו אינה הפעם הראשונה בה אנו מתארחים במלון ובכל פעם האירוח הוא מעל ומעבר למצופה.
​השהייה שלנו הייתה מושלמת, נהננו מכל רגע. המלון נקי, מטופח, מסביר פנים ונותן תחושה חמימה וביתית, החדרים מרווחים וישנם חדרים הצופים לכנרת. הארוחות במלון טעימות מאוד, מגוונות, מושקעות ועשירות.
ו​מעל הכל, יש לציין את מנהל המלון המדהים, רונן, וכן את כל הצוות הנפלא שלו. רונן דואג לכל פרט, זמין לכל בקשה, אדיב ושירותי בצורה יוצאת דופן, רואים שחשוב לו שכל אורח יקבל יחס אישי וחוויית אירוח מושלמת.
