The accommodations were wonderful, as well as the staff with the exception of one (1) young lady at the registration desk. She worked the morning/day shift and was not friendly at all. Her attitude was less than pleasant.
Breakfast was okay. Really enjoyed the location, room, and the other staff members. The lady that worked the afternoon shift was great!! While we were there you were updating & installing a new computer system. I think there was a little delay in the upload, but she was pleasant during the process, did not stress, helped us enter our room & pool until we could receive our new keys. She was very accommodating and gracious. Really enjoyed her a great deal. Thank you for her being there!
The only thing I would suggest is to speak to the young lady on the morning shift about her attitude. She acts very "put out" when asked questions.
Staff was super nice. Breakfast was great. We had 2 GSDs, price for 2 dogs was only $100 plus tax per stay , which is much less than other hotels. Clean room, comfortable bed.

It’s hard to find a really clean hotel these days. This hotel was clean, quite and comfy. The first thing I look at is the bathroom…it was not old and nasty. It was nice. The room was also bigger than expected with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was also better than expected. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

1층 라운지에서 아침 식사를 했어요. 커피머신도 설치가 되었있어 편리했습니다. 룸에 전자레인지와 냉장고가 설치되어있어서 저녁은 간단한 간편식으로 해결할수 있었어요, 1층에 야외수영장에서 아이들이 신나게 놓수있어서 좋았습니다. 풀장 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었고 룸컨디션이 매우 훌륭했어요. 3층에서 가장큰방을 썼던기억이 있네요, 2층에 라운더리룸에서 간단하게 수영후 젖은세탁도 해결해 갈수있었어요. 가족과함께 편안하게 지내다 갑니다.
아쉬운점은 그닥 기억이 남지 않네요. 굳이 써야 한다면 저희는부부와 아이2명이 묵었어야해서 침대가 2개 필요했어요.
방사이즈는 매우 커서 좋았지만....소파가 침대로 트랜스되는 기능성소파였는데 잠자기에는 좀...허리가 아팠어요.꼬맹이2명이 자기에딱이었고 어른이 눕기에는 매우 작았어요. 미리 예약당시 안내멘트가 있었다면...하는 아쉬움이 있었어요.
I didn’t like how the hotel charged me an extra $250.00 incidental fee because I lived within 60 miles of the hotel. I had to stay out of my house due to a domestic violence situation. Every penny counts, and that hurt a women in trouble. Not political correct. My son booked the room for me, but it was just me that checked in. As of August 4th, that $250.00 charge is still on my account!!!!
Wonderful stay with truly exceptional hospitality
Hospitality is clearly the priority at this Holiday Inn, and it shows. From the moment we arrived, Kaya and the entire front desk team were friendly, welcoming, engaging, and very accommodating. They made us feel right at home.
Even though the hotel was sold out, every guest’s comfort still seemed to matter—the staff stayed attentive and helpful throughout. The property itself is older but very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also kept in great shape. Breakfast was continually replenished, so there was always plenty available.
The location is excellent—convenient for exploring Old Town Bluffton and just a short drive to Hilton Head.
Highly recommend for a warm, welcoming stay in the area.

I booked through Booking.com for pets and was charged an additional 175.00 on site besides the 240.00 I was initially quoted. I’ve stayed with my pets in many hotels and I’ve never payed close to 500.00 for 1 night stay !!!
The breakfast was phenomenal! The rooms are very large and the bed are so comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location.
