Better pet walking area.
This was my 4th time staying here. This is an very good small hotel. The entire place was very clean. The furniture in the my room looked quite new as well as the flooring. There was no noise and the location was right off the interstate. Jill at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I plan to stay here the next time I visit the area.

Online reviews led me astray. As soon as I opened the door to my room I was hit with a strong urine smell that would not leave - even after turning a/c on.
When you walked in, it smelled clean. The staff were super nice and friendly.
Pillows could have been thicker
Location is safe and easy access to interstate and roadways. Quiet neighborhood despite the busy roadways. Breakfast was clean and hot and there were a variety of items to choose from such as 4 juice options. Worth the stay. Thanks to the polite and efficient staff as well.
No disappointments this stay. Room was ready and clean, several amenities already in the room so i didnt have to call the front desk for items such as a hair dryer and ironing board. Parking was very convenient.
The rooms were very clean and so was the pool. Jill and Pamela were exceptionally nice clerks. The Continental breakfast is really good too.
The only bad thing I have to say is that when my daughter went down to get coffee for me because I don't walk very well, and I asked her to get extra cream because I like a lot of cream in my coffee, when she was doing this the clerk, a man, told her that he thought that was enough cream. It hurt my daughter's feelings and it made me upset because we paid for the room and I highly doubt that getting five little cups of cream for my coffee was going to be an expense that they couldn't afford. I don't know this clerk's name. I just know it was a man who was there at 6:00 in the morning on June 13th. Other than that our stay was good.

This is an older property badly in need of updating. It was not clean. There was moderate amount of dirt and debry on the floors. Hooks were pulled away from the wall. The bed had a very squeaky frame, evident anytime you shifted position in the bed. The room smelled musty, and of sweat and body odor.

We love the pool. Room was warm and pool cool, but not too cold
Everything was great for the most part! You walk in and it is clean and staff are friendly. We loved all the people working at the front desk. The bed was comfortable and room appeared clean, however, at 830 pm while trying to shower/bathe my 1 year old I notice the reusable shower curtain is dirty. It looks as if someone blew their nose while in the shower and the snot attached to the curtain. It looked dry and hard it was even standing off the curtain. It was late and my daughter was beyond tired so all I could do was yell to my husband not to let the curtain touch us while I handed him the baby and then scrubbed myself and try not to touch the curtain on my way out as well.
We were too exhausted and at that point no one would be able to take a second shower so we went to bed and talked to the front desk in the morning. She was very apologetic and we really appreciated her listening and trying to make it right.
We did not say anything to the front desk the night before because honestly there wasn’t anything that could be done at that point so we just let them know in our way out the next day. The man at the front desk was also very kind and helpful! I absolutely would stay here again because it does feel like the type of place to try to fix the problem .
