The staff was the best!! Super friendly. Room was really clean and warm and it was in the middle of a winter storm.

Rude unprofessional unethical liars and need a complete overhaul of the staff. Don’t value customers at all

Staff is grossly incompetent and rude. I had the worst night of my life at this hotel. They absolutely don’t make you feel like they value their customers
