Die Tage in Aachen haben sich gelohnt!
Pros:

Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung, die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für Erkundungen in der Altstadt. Die Anreise könnte durch eine genaue Benennung des Parkhauses( Name und Anschrift) erleichtert werden!

Cons:

Das überteuerte Frühstück kann man durch den Besuch von einer der vielen nahen Bäckereien umgehen.

Absolutely avoid the 6th floor and watch out for the parking location.
Pros:

Hotel is central, near cathedral, it is clean and breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly at breakfast.
There is a parking nearby

Cons:

2 things that made it a quite bad experience :
1 - My room (6th floor) temperature was extremely hot (i think around 30deg), despite opening the window and trying to use the aircon, impossible to cool it down. I did not asked for another room because I thought it would cool down eventually : never happened. I did not sleep at all. The day after I realised that the 6th floor are the roof (a tin roof).

2 - The person at the lobby, upon check in, told us that where we parked was fine and included in the price. The next day, when I brought the parking receipt to clear it, I have been told by another staff that I should have parked at the basement ! Very bad communication. I ended up paying 15 euros of parking extra because of the wrong info.

The next day, letting the staff know about those 2 issues :
- for the too hot room, answer : "Sorry, I really need to let the maintenance know" (like it was a known issue)
- for the parking, the person at lobby, the next day, only explained to me I was wrong anyway. Despite I explained that the other person at the front desk upon arrival clearly told me I was parked at the right place.

Misaligned information and tried to blame it on me. Very not nice.

Schade, gute Lage, nettes Personal, aber lieber nein.
Pros:

Das Personal ist durchgängig sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut und zudem sehr spartanisch ausgestattet für diesen Preis.

Das Frühstück konnte dem Preis nicht im geringsten gerecht werden.

Tre giorni tra storia,mito e favole.
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Una delle vie principali della Città. Proprio al centro. Le principali attrazioni vicinissime. La via dell’ Hotel inoltre ha molti negozi. Molto vivace come posto e piena di vita. Ideale per giovani e non. La camera che avevo era molto grande, con un bagno spazioso ed attrezzatissimo. Adatto anche a disabili. Personale molto professionale e gentilissimo. Pronti e disponibili. Consigliato!!!
