Sehr gute Lage und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider waren die Außenjalousien, die Lampen am Waschbecken und die Toilettenspülung nicht in Ordnung.

Pros:

Lage ist prima, super zur Innenstadt gelegen. Allerdings gehen die Fenster entweder zur Straße oder zur Fußgängerzone, daher ist es trotz geschlossener Fenster recht laut (Autos, Nachtschwärmer und morgens die Müllabfuhr bzw. Reinigungsfahrzeuge). Wir hatten Einzelzimmer gebucht - Zimmer recht klein aber zweckmäßig, für einen Kurztrip völlig ok. Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Parken im getrennten Bereich ds Parkhauses war problemlos, allerdings könnte es abends mal eng werden, da nicht allzu viele Plätze vorhanden sind.

Great location close by city centre (church is 7 mins walk only). Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms are noisy on the street side, traffic noise is audible. Rooms are quite hot and don’t get below 20°C/67°F.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the strict center of Aachen. Aachen is a small town, and you are in a walking distance from everything . The hotel has very nice architecture (the staircase is spectacular) . My room was clean (although, the carpet begs for replacement). Bathroom was almost perfect. There is a kettle in the room, and tea cups, and some amount of tea and cofee bags...

Cons:

... but they won't give you a spoon ( a wooden tea-stirring stick instead), which I read as a message "you can sleep in this room, you can drink tea, but don't even think of buying some yogurth for supper and eating it in the room". Now, what regards breakfast (I spent 4 nights there and ate breakfast 4 times): coffee is very good; the choice of food is modest, but this could be acceptable. What is certainly not acceptable is the quality of scrambled eggs, which I normally take as my hotel-breakfast-main-dish. The scrambled eggs this hotel offers you to eat are easily the worst scrambled eggs i ever saw.
