Complain to have what you have paid!
Pros:

The new suites recently renovated, when the staff changed our first room, that was the worst.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The first room wasn't as it appeared in the Booking pictures. It was old, nothing to do with the one we had paid.
The hotel didn't do the daily housekeeping, when we complaint they told us that it was written in the room keys, it trully was in a very tiny typography, obviously a tourist trap!!

L’informazione su come farsi rifare la camera il giorno seguente, perché scritta all’interno del bagno che solitamente una persona non legge. Comunque è successo solo la prima notte perchè non avevo visto là comunicazione, ma i giorni seguenti sono stati molto precisi d puliti

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e dopo la prima notte, al rientro in camera la sera abbiamo trovato la camera ancora da pulire e con i letti disfatti
Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni al personale delle pulizie ma non ci hanno neanche considerato
Siamo andati alla reception e ci hanno detto che per una questione di risparmio non cambiano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni ; questo lo capiamo ma almeno i letti potevano averli sistemati
Il bagno ha un lavandino troppo piccolo, si fa fatica ad usarlo senza bagnare il pavimento e la vasca con idromassaggio dovrebbe avere una maniglia per rendere più sicura l’entrata e l’uscita

Perus hotelli yhden yön taktiikalla toimi ok ohikulkumatkalla

Hotelli oli ihan ok. Se oli jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, rempan tarpeessa, mutta sänky oli loistava ja sviitin poreamme toimi hyvin. Huoneemme oli todella tilava ja aamiainen oli mielestämme oikein hyvä, jopa kahvikoneen kahvi maistui hyvältä. Myös pikkuruinen spa-osasto oli mukava ja kun sain olla siellä ihan vaan oman perheen kanssa, sinne mahtui hyvin.

Cons:

Respassa ilmoitettiin heti saavuttuamme, ettei huone oli valmis kello 15, niinkuin piti, vaan lähempänä klo 16. Se oli pettymys. Osasimme kuitenkin aavistaa tämän, koska olimme huomanneet muiden antavan tästä palautetta täällä Bookingissa aiemminkin. Tuntuu siis toistuvan tuo kaava tässä hotellissa. Toinen ihmetys oli se, ettei respa maininnut meille mitään siitä, että spa-osaston käyttö sisältyi ostamaamme huonehintaan. Kysyin spasta ja vasta sitten henkilökunta huomasi, että me olemme siitä huoneen yhteydessä jo maksaneet. Ei tietenkään tuntunut kovinkaan hyvältä tämäkään. Eikä meitä kiinnostanut sekään, että respassa meille kerrottiin, kuinka kallista on sitä saunaa laittaa päälle. Tuli olo, ettei meidän haluta varaavan spa-vierailuaikaa lainkaan. No, varasimme ja se olikin sitten aamuaika. Nähtävästi iltaisin sitä ei voinut käyttää lainkaan. Sijainti oli vähän syrjässä, mutta tulipahan käveltyä enemmän.

I really liked the 24-hour reception, especially as I arrived very late at night. The breakfast was varied, filling and had a good selection of food. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, they brought them to my room, which was very convenient. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and I slept really well. I also liked the spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi, although unfortunately I did not have time to use it as I stayed for less than 24 hours.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a double room for myself and specifically requested one double bed. Since I was travelling alone, arriving very late at night and had completed the check-in details in advance, I expected this request to be taken into account. However, when I arrived, there were two separate beds with a bedside table between them. I had to move the bedside table and push the beds together myself in the middle of the night because I wanted to sleep on one large bed rather than have two separate beds.

I also didn’t really like the bare floors in the room. The room was spacious, but without any carpets it felt a little less cosy and comfortable.

The breakfast restaurant was quite small considering how many guests were there. There was a lot of food and many people, but not enough space for everyone, so it felt quite crowded.

One small thing that also bothered me was that a waitress took my plate away while I was still drinking my coffee and had not finished eating my fruit. I was a little surprised and felt too awkward to stop her, as I wasn’t expecting it.

Tutto semplicemente perfetto

Tutto, avevamo una zen Deluxe con vasca idromassaggio. È stato tutto perfetto. Anche colazione molto buona.
