Atención al cliente mejorable
Cons:

Llegamos las 01:00 am y el recepcionista de noche tardó 15' en llegar desde que tocamos el tiembre (el hotel estaba avisado de nuestra llegada tarde). Pedimos una habitación con jacuzzi (también era la ducha), pero era más alto de lo habitual y con riesgo de resbalar (70 años y 1.66 cm). Nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación a otra con ducha, pero de menor tamaño y calidad. Preferimos quedarnos con la nuestra ya que la directora dijo que nos proporcionarían una pequeña banqueta para entrar sin riesgo, pero solo llegó el día de nuestra partida (estuvimos 5 días). El mini frigo no funcionaba y también se reparó el día de nuestra partida. Ambas cosas las arreglaron cuando se las recordamos al recepcionista del fin de semana, el otro recepcionista Arles, "ni una mala palabra, ni una buena acción".

The bathtub plug didn't go in. And the receptionist mixed up our reservations that had the same last name, but were different type rooms.

Great for a little romantic getaway
Pros:

Loved the private jacuzzi in our own room. Also instead of just instant coffee, the room had a capsule coffee maker, that was nice.
