Ideal for a long weekend visit.
Pros:

Located twenty minutes walk from the Old Town. Next door to a well served bus stop so perfect for using public transport.
Spa bath is superb!!!
Very good breakfast with excellent choice. Highly recommended.

The spa bath, bed was comfy enough, the location was OK,

Cons:

The breakfast was standard. The drinks on sale opposite the check in desk were a little pricey. There weren't any milk sachets in the room with the coffee.

Housekeeping carriage was in the corridor, which doesn’t look tidy and organised. Maybe it was late when we checked in and they were left there for early morning cleanup.

Vierailu jätti toivomisen varaa.
Pros:

Aamiainen alkoi vasta klo 8. Onneksi saimme eväät mukaan, koska emme pystyneet odottamaan aamiaisen alkuun.

Cons:

En sanut maksamaani superior huonetta, kuin kovan tiukkaamisen jälkeen. Ensin meidät oli sijoitettu standard huoneeseen, sitten koitettiin siirtää meidät zen huoneeseen ja kolmannella yrityksellä varaamani huoneen kuvaus vastasi saamaani huonetta, vaikka ovessa luki zen. Olimme todella väsyneitä ja aluksi huoneesta reklamointiin suhtauduttiin penseästi, tämä toki korjattiin myöhemmin, mutta tuntui, että koska matkasimme koiran kanssa, niin yritettiin alentaa tietoisesti huoneemme tasoa. Saamamme huone oli ok, mutta hotellin tähtien ja arvosteluiden, sekä varaamani huoneen taso ja hinta eivät kohdanneet. Näissä aiemmissa huoneissa haisi koira, käytävien matot olivat koiran karvoissa, lakanoissa oli ihmisten hiuksia, laminaattilattia kellui ja oli selkeitä rakoja, toisessa huoneessa oli kuluneet kaapit ja lopullisessa huoneessamme oli tosi likaiset kylpyhuoneen saumat sekä poreammeen puhtaus ei herättänyt kylpyhaluja. Tästä en vaan enää jaksanut reklamoida, kun suhtautuminen oli niin piittaamatonta. Hotellin siisteydessä on paljon parantamisen varaa. Lisäksi jäi kaivelemaan se, miten ison työn takana oli saada sellainen huone, josta oli maksanut.
