Erittäin ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen työntekijä Silver

Cons:

- Kylpyhuoneen seinissä oli useassa kohdassa hometta ja huoneessa huono haju. Kerroin asiasta aamulla klo 10 ja respasta luvattiin hoitaa asiaa. Työntekijä ei vaikuttanut olevansa milläänsä siitä, että kylppäri on homeessa. Tultiin takaisin kuudelta illalla ja mitään ei oltu tehty. Respassa oleva työntekijä ei löytänyt mitään merkintää, että asiaa olisi laitettu eteenpäin. Huonetta ei ollut mahdollista vaihtaa. Onneksi paikalla ollut työntekijä Silver otti asian hoitaakseen ja tuli itse ainoana työntekijänä pesemään vahvoilla pesuaineilla kylpyhuoneen vielä illalla.

On day one we were greeted by a really warm and welcoming member of staff. He have us great advice of where to eat and how to avoid the tourist traps. When we go to our room we discovered we only had a small single bed for our very tall 15 year old. After a quick discussion with staff a double bed was made for him.

Cons:

There were no heated towel rails and our towels never fully dried. It was impossible to have a shower in the spa bath without the floor getting wet. The hotel policy was to only clean the room every day for a charge. Normally it's not a problem not having a daily clean however damp towels were not ideal.

К сожалению ничего.

Cons:

Месторасположение далеко не рядом с центром, пришлось воспользоваться такси. Но это не такая проблема, просто расстроилась, что не выбрала отель поближе к центру. Завтрак невкусный, был резиновый омлет, горячие блюда были холодными. Выбор тоже так себе.
