The breakfast was okay. Eggs and bacon along with muffins and coffee

Cons:

The room we had had chipped paint on a few spots on the walls and the security lock was broken. Lights in the room were very dim

Very nice property. Easy access to the convention center and restaurants
Pros:

Very well kept, very comfortable, lots of amenities.

Cons:

Hallways had lots of recessed doors and hidden places. It felt a little uncomfortable not to be able to see everything in the hallway.

I was very disappointed the facility & the service. Never come back again.
Cons:

The problems with the hot water coming out from the shower. The shower nozzle needs to be fixed. I was ready to take a shower and hot water did not come out. I ran the water for about 10 minutes, but nothing happened, I called the front desk and no body answered. I called room service & finally got answer. I mentioned about it and asked to send someone to my room. He said no one here. He is alone. He finally came up juggled around the faucet and finally hot water came out, Room was not cleaned daily. The service was not good.

Needs many updates
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the coffee was fresh. The staff were friendly as usual.

Cons:

If you have someone staying above you, it sounds like a rodeo. Floors are thin. I requested a top floor room which was granted. However, then I had trouble cooling the room. It is a decent hotel but the plumbing and mattress are very tired.

Cons:

Parking lot is overused by the restaurant banquet facilities and in need of resurfacing. It needs a overall refresh. it was like 1990s stuff-decor in the room.
