Our room needs maintenance check. Missing doorknob with unsightly blemish hole. Fridge was leaking/left open
Pros:

Location. The outside of hotel, stairwells, pool area were very gross

Cons:

30$ early check in fee. More like, if the room is already available le just let us check in a hour before. Come on! Parking fee is understandable but a early check in when the room is already ready is not nice

Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the value.
Pros:

Location was great! The breakfast was not good. The room and staff were nice and helpful. Our room only had washcloths and 1 towel for two people occupying the room. Had to ask for towels and an iron. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the value.

The pool was closed.

Pros:

close to downtown - could walk to attractions
staff were very helpful and friendly
breakfast was good - on site parking (though there was a fee)

Cons:

Had to pay $30 to check in two hours early. I understand paying for early check out but if the room is ready most places let you get in early.
