Location was great.
The floor was filthy. The room smelled like a wet dog. And rightly so, there was dog kibble on the floor. The carpet was a dark color, so you couldn’t tell how dirty it was. It turned the bottoms of my white socks a dark brown. If it wasn’t for that, the place was great! Steam clean those carpets!!
Früstück ok. Gute Lage.
Personal eher unfreundlich. Parken sehr teuer, obwohl eigener typischer Motel-Parkplatz.
The location in the historic district.
The breakfast was consistently poor. Eggs were overdone, breakfast sausages were like thin hockey pucks and the coffee had no coffee flavor. It appears to me,
having spent 7 days attempting various eating times, that the food is recycled. The eggs, potatoes, sausage patties are not fresh. Very dry, overdone and tasteless. The coffee machine is hooked up to the hotel water which smells moldy and consequently the coffee is undrinkable. Fresh fruit was spotty, never refilled so you had to ask and maybe they could find an orange. The sight of seeing your food server, go through the eating area with a yellow rolling water filled bucket and mop has no place in the eating area, especially when the same person then touches the food dishes. Very unsanitary!
Room was clean and had everything we needed
The location is. Great, but you can hear all nooses from outside.
Breakfast was great
Perto de tudo.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. River Street was just across the street, a quick walk to the River front. We had room 322. No Wi-Fi was available from the room. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not attended to at all. Very good size room and bathroom. Could be noisy from the street below. $38/day parking.
That you have to pay extra for parking
very helpful and staff were great
parking was a little pricey!
The bed and room was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel staff are very helpful and kind .The coffee café was great. I like that there was a 7-1q bext to the hotel and opened w4/7. The lift was very good and convenient. Ge TV lounge and area on the second floor was nice to use.
I didn't like that the Wifi was so terrible
Never any connections until early morning hours. I had to buy my Philippines Sim card right away so I could use my interest. The hotel front desk helped me to get a Sim card and install it on my mobile device. I also didn't ike that I couldn't even use my Tele I.in my roomat all. Because no. Good internet connection. Even the staff tried to get my Tele on but to no avail. If I wanted watch the Tele I would go to the second floor TV lounge there. It worked good on yhe second floor
The location to the historic district is great. The street is very noisy.
The staff was helpful- but the hotel is very tired and needs updating.
Location was great! Walking distance to everything! Loved the small motel vibe and not a huge place but friendly staff and super comfy beds!! It was perfect to see downtown!
Nothing it was all great!
Check-In was easy once we were accepted:) Arrived at 2:45pm and check-In is at 4pm, so told to return. No welcome for being a Diamond Select customer and no water offered. I found all their employees non-engaging and over not friendly:( The 4pm check-in is late compared to other BW’s🤫 Parking was $36, knew that before booking, but still a joke. I can understand since everyone else in Savannah charges for parking so they are going to jump on also You would think BW’s loyalty guests would at least be charged less🤔 Check-out was easy:) Our night sleep was okay, yes, you will hear traffic from the road! At times it was TERRIBLE!! Bed was comfortable as well as pillows:) Plenty of hot shower water, pressure was okay. Breakfast was your average BW style. Though the sausage was way over cooked and the French toast wasn’t warm:( This is an older BW and needs a good pressure washing😳 The lobby sitting room rug was filthy with potato chips also all around the chairs. The Concierge also had cereal on the floor where she sat😳 The “eye” for detail at this BW is simply weak! We are loyal BW guests, but if I had to come back to Savannah, this was a one and done visit! Was it worth $145 a night with parking, no!
