Poor maintenence of the property.
Cons:

Our first room 306 was pouring rain inside at the window and another constant leak near the bed. Second room 205 had a bad leak in the corner. We were told we would be placed in a different room on the next day. We never got moved. Our stay was so miserable only because of the rain but because we paid money to be uncomfortable during our stay at your hotel.

I would not go here again, forgot to mention how dirty the stairwell was . It was a good location for visiting Savannah

It had a nice seating area in the lobby

Cons:

The front desk staff was not courteous. They gave us a room that was not cleaned with food still in the room . The second room had 1 bath towel for three people , then we found out that towel was wet. There was no WiFi in our room , you had to go to the lobby to get internet . They said that is was an ongoing problem. They should post that on the website, I would have booked another hotel . After I complained they gave us a credit. The breakfast was good and the staff there were very nice.

Watch for the deposit you out in the card
Pros:

Breakfast is great

Cons:

The rooms are not that great. Bed is not comfortable. The worst part is that they don’t return the deposit fee unless you called them.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Good mattress

Cons:

Bathroom was not very clean, still soao from previous customer plus stains in the bath
Stairs have not been cleaned for the two days we stayed there with papers on them
