Best Western Savannah Historic District

Im Bad lag noch ein benutztes Handtuch auf dem Boden. Außerdem war auf dem Bett nur ein dünnes Laken zum zudecken und wir haben fürchterlich gefroren. Das Parken kostete 40 Dollar.

The breakfast choice was very slim and not good this time… the sausages were undercooked as well as the grit however I was able to grab coffee and a bagel to go

Maintenance of bathroom: towel rack ripped from wall, hanging on one end, base of bathroom door rotted, door debris evident on floor. When the heat was turned up at night, we could smell pet urine on carpet. The smoke alarm cover was missing, wires hanging out above tv.

Maybe because it was st.patricks day, but i didn't feel safe at all.

Costly parking

The hotel didn't have a microwave in the room and the elevator took a long time to go up.

38 dollars to park car on Motel lot. Was not notified of this charge at booking, at arrival registration nor by receipt up on check-out. We received it listed on our bank credit card charges only on 3/15/2026!
When we called the manager she you were notified by your third party agent booking. I told her I was not notified and had a list of charges without the $38 from them. She just said I have been here for 16 years and we all do this here in Savannah. I said no adjustment for this charge then! She said NO!

There is NOT a roof top pool as described.

had a slight issue with being charged twice for one night stay but it was eventually resolved.

There was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere, and I fell and had a lot of hip pain that evening after showering. The furniture was broken, and the breakfast was not there during breakfast hours. Also, I was charged a much higher price than I should have been and had to get it corrected. Parking price is higher than what is advertised online.

My only gripe is that the sheets/pillows were not comfortable. The sheets were stiff and not soft at all, and the pillows rapidly “deflated” HOWEVER, the trade off for this awesome location and amazing staff is worth it

The floor was filthy. The room smelled like a wet dog. And rightly so, there was dog kibble on the floor. The carpet was a dark color, so you couldn’t tell how dirty it was. It turned the bottoms of my white socks a dark brown. If it wasn’t for that, the place was great! Steam clean those carpets!!

Personal eher unfreundlich. Parken sehr teuer, obwohl eigener typischer Motel-Parkplatz.

The breakfast was consistently poor. Eggs were overdone, breakfast sausages were like thin hockey pucks and the coffee had no coffee flavor. It appears to me,
having spent 7 days attempting various eating times, that the food is recycled. The eggs, potatoes, sausage patties are not fresh. Very dry, overdone and tasteless. The coffee machine is hooked up to the hotel water which smells moldy and consequently the coffee is undrinkable. Fresh fruit was spotty, never refilled so you had to ask and maybe they could find an orange. The sight of seeing your food server, go through the eating area with a yellow rolling water filled bucket and mop has no place in the eating area, especially when the same person then touches the food dishes. Very unsanitary!
