Great location, staff was incredibly helpful and attentive
Very dated amenities, pictures on website make the rooms look much nicer than they are in real life. Dark rooms with no real windows or sunlight
Close to convention center and restaurants
Pillows not comfortable, faucet dripped, drapes did not close properly, room was too cold. Not good bedding just flimsy blanket, coffee maker had no place to plug. No plug point for phone on night stand

The room was clean. The location is within walking distance of Bourbon St and Canal. Bed comfortable.

First, this place is a scam. I booked using our perks hub at work, but somehow my dates were incorrect so I tried to modify it through our work app but couldn't and support advised me to call the hotel directly. I did and got Tyler, on the phone who tried to help but advised me to reach out to my perks account and submit a request for modification, or cancelation because 3rd party bookings are not ones they can cancel etc. And if I booked directly from there this wouldn't be a problem. So I did. After perks support informed me that it wouldn't be up to them but the hotel I was advised to call them back on this issue. So I did,called back and got a lady named Taylor who doesn't share her job title, I guess front desk agent. Anyways, she was dismissive of my issues but said since I booked through a 3rd party they would have to issue the refund because she won't approve it unless I agreed to rebook directly with them and pay the deposit. So I did, and she said that everything was fine and it would be canceled money refunded.
Well our check in was 3/7, and on 3/5 wee morning hours 3/6 my son got stomach virus and fever going to urgent care. So we could not travel and called to cancel. Hotel reserv canceled and was told we would receive a refund 3-5 business days of the deposit and given a confirmation number.
Called to check on the refund status after 4 days and Taylor answered again. I explained to her what happened what I was told and she literally said, hey don't expect any refunds from us, we already helped you the first time and we shouldn't have. She was ride, dismissive of my concerns and refused to help me reach out to another Sr Mgr etc, saying no one was there and she didn't know when management would be there et . She literally laughed in my face, thought it funny and said good luck and have a nice day. I still haven't received my money, no call as requested from Sr mgmt and no help on this issue. I do not have money to throw away and waste on a trip that was canceled because of an illness. With that being said, I want the public to know on everything social media, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT FUND THIS BEHAVIOR. TAYLOR SHOULD BE FIRED. UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

It was close to cruise terminal
They take my 100 dollar deposit and says it will revert back to my account in 2-3 working days but i still haven’t got and they are not replying me on this booking app now . They refuse to take cash for deposit which they can easily give me back on my check out . Also the wifi was not working at all in the room. U have to come down to the lobby to use it
The staff was nice!
The bathroom was tooooooooo small and the toilet didn’t work properly.

The bathroom wasn’t functional in our room and staff had a crappy attitude to help us with it.
Front desk had horrible attitudes, never experienced this in New Orleans and we travel very frequently here. The location was far from the strip and made it even worse of an experience when nothing in our bathroom worked and we got told just to close the door and we’d be woken up at 7am whenever maintenance comes in. For it to be a FULLY BOOKED hotel and for you to have ONE employee whom also has no access to any other help for emergencies. Never ever have we had bad experiences in New Orleans till this place. Don’t waste your time.
The room 306 was buried in a back side hallway in between the ice machine and a maintenance closet... Two 18 inch "windows" looked out on an air shaft with nothing to be seen. There wasn't a shower curtain and the toilet was the perfect height for a 3 year old. Considering the maid was soooo sweet and looked embarrassed so I didn't fuss. Next time I'll spend a bit more for the stay, and not get a room that could be in a horror movie!

Not enough space here but here are the main points -
- Wifi never worked
- Parking was Valet only at $45 a day
- Shower was useless - just trickled
- Tried to change dates too - no empathy - and they refused.
- The only food was an expensive cafe
- And cleaning was by request - not really acceptable for this standard of hotel
