Great location, felt like a safe area
Broken elevator, towels left on floor in hallway like maybe there were leaks
Location is great, right on the streetcar line. within walking distance to major attractions.
Hotel needs serious maintenance and cosmetic upgrades. Damaged furniture, old paint, broken elevators,plumbing and appliance issues.
Location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable.
Elevator was broken for several days. I had to change rooms because the door handle was about to fall off. Maintenance came but did nothing. However I was given another room.

I would have expected a hot shower at least one of the 5 days i stayed, their was no hot water in my room at all and a string of excuses from staff

Took me 2 days to figure which direction was hot water. Bed had a sink in the middle which caused my back to hurt so maybe that needs to be looked at and changed.

The staff was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. We booked two rooms for two nights. The rooms were not clean, items such as the bathroom door and faucets were broken, sheets and comforters were dirty. An overall terrible experience. I would not recommend. We wouldn’t have stayed the second night if I could’ve had some of the money refunded. The location is great and there are other hotels in the area.

The bed uncomfortable and a very strange setting and no views what so ever. Windows faced another brick building.
The location was great! I like being a little away from the French Quarter - but walking distance to our favorite places right off of Canal St. We got to visit all our favorite places by walking!
Our room was in a "corner' area - which was fine, quaint, and close to the elevator.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful - it made the welcome to this hotel so easy.
I did not expect to pay so much for parking, but I do know that it was comparable to the rates in the area.
The night sounds from the street (even on the 9th floor) were interesting to deal with - yelling/fighting people - sirens - I guess its part of the NOLA experience.
Rooms are large and Air conditioning is great. location is perfect for dog owners; there is a park next-door.
Also Being, 3 blocks from Canal street, the hotel is quiet from the festival noise, but still close enough to walk to the main events.
from the exterior, it looks not well maintained, mostly from the window sun tinting that is peeling off. from my understanding they are in the process of updating the issues.
The location and lobby was good
My items was stuck in the safe the hotel was out dated and needs to be remodeled my refrigerator didnt work and telephone was unplugged
Great location, spacious room, great price
It’s an older hotel so something are outdated for instance the lamps beside don’t have the updated charger post but that’s not to be of a deal. The shower didn’t work properly like the hot water didn’t get hot but we didn’t report it to front desk. Oh they policy also doesn’t allow late check outs on Sundays or wknds period didn’t know that. The smell of when u walk in smells old and it’s very humid in lobby. However, the room didn’t smell and the sc worked great in the room
I was told I could leave my vehicle in front of the Hotel for an additional 1 1/2 hours after I checked out. When I returned within that time period, only to find a hefty parking ticket on my windshield.
