Micul dejun excelent, locatia foarte buna, internetul f bun, il recomand

Zgomotul continuu din timpul zilei, am stat la etj 4 si la etj superior se utiliza o masina de gaurit -reparatii continuu in cursul zilei , fara pauza in perioada de liniste , dar cred ca data viitoare vor fi terminate aceste reparatii.

Unacceptable
Cons:

I booked this hotel stay on booking.com based on it's location and that it has an elevator and air-conditioning. When I arrived I was told by the front desk that the air-conditioning was off in the entire building due to construction. Also, there would be construction noise during day time hours, roughly from 9am - 5pm. This was completely unacceptable to me. And I think it's unethical to have amenities listed on booking sites that are not currently available. I spent money on an Uber to get to this hotel, only to have to book another hotel and then pay for another uber to get there. I thought a corporate hotel like Holiday Inn would be a safe bet. It was not. I cancelled my booking so I can't answer any other questions about the property. Just be forewarned and maybe call before booking.

İnanılmaz merkezi La Fayette, Maseena meydanına 7 dk yürüme mesafesinde 3 dk yürürsen cok sık restoranlar cafeler yanında. İnanılmaz bir konum toplu tasıma 2 dk . Kahvaltısı baya iyi asla Türk işi değil ama yumurta, peynir meyve yoğurt bowl, sebze fazla fazla dışarda kahvaltı yapmak asırı saçma olur burada kalırken. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü yatmadan yatmaya geliyoruz zaten odalar da avrupa otellerine göre ortalama üstüne büyük

Nice location in Nice. Staff is polite. But no AC and no windows is a dealbreaker.
Pros:

Location is excellent. In the middle of a main street in Nice. Near the old town and the shops.

Cons:

The room lacked proper lighting. No AC ?!! When we complained the reply was it is scheduled on heating only during this period. And that it cannot be overridden by the staff!
Also the windows was closed shut, and cannot be opened. when we complained, they said it might bring in mosquitos!?
IT was early October, in Nice it is still summer!
Then even offered a ventilator.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Only the location as it was surrounding by bakeries and restaurants and not far from Nice Villa train station.

Cons:

The air conditioning was switched off throughout October, with the hotel claiming this was part of its environmental policy. However, we were not informed of this restriction before our stay, and it was not mentioned on either the hotel’s website or its Booking.com listing, where air conditioning is advertised as an available facility. If the hotel could notify us in advance about maintenance work, it should have equally informed us that the AC would not be available. This is an important detail that could have influenced our booking decision. It was really hot even with the windows open and we couldn’t sleep throughout our 7 nights stay.

The hotel rooms are not well maintained and cleaned. There are literally no amenities and they are based on request. Also, no complimentary water except for the first night and the hotel is saving on so many things although the rate per night is very high although it is not near the beach nor next to an attraction.

Un bellissimo soggiorno ,grazie anche alla posizione centralissima dell’hotel .
Pros:

Ottima posizione ,vicino alla fermata tram dall’aeroporto .Zona vicino mare e locali con buon cibo .Veramente siamo sosifati della scelta

Non ho trovato spazio sufficiente per deporre I vestiti .

Onnistunut kaupunkiloma mukavassa hotellissa.
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, huone tilava (2 hengen standard), aamiainen runsas (valikoimassa myös lämpimiä vaihtoehtoja). Vastaanoton henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Hotellin ravintola oli auki aamiaisen jälkeen vasta illalla.

Nice, allways nice ?

område ok, 5 min till promenade och Massena. sköna sängar

Cons:

hotellet berättade inte att de var mitt i en renovering, annars hade vi aldrig bokat. Störande ljud, borrar etc. Rummet vi erbjöds var sunkigt, gamla heltäckningsmattor, mögliga. Skev badrumsdörr som inte gick att stänga, blandare i duschen lös, garderobsdörren skev. Det fanns renoverade rum på samma våning (2), lediga, som de inte erbjöd oss, trots att vi sa vid incheckning att det var vår 40-åriga bröllopsdag. Killen vid receptionen var dock mycket trevlig, ville bjuda på ett glas vin, som vi tackade nej till , då klockan var 23.30 och vi varit igång sedan 07 på morgonen.
Totalt ovärdigt, inte värda den fyrstjärniga klassificering de hävdar. Det skulle finnas en takteras med solstolar, den var stängd, liksom allt över våning fyra.
Priset de debiterade för 5 nätter (2 pers), > 18 000 sek, är inte rimligt på något vis. Det är orimligt att begära hög-säsongspriser för ett gammalt halvsunkigt hotell, under renovering i början av oktober.
Skall tilläggas att vi bott på ett stort antal hotell i Nice, med allt från 3-stärniga till 5-stjärniga. Det här var utan konkurrens det sämsta

Kohtalainen. En menisi uudestaan.
Pros:

Sijainti hyvä ja näkymä ikkunasta hieno. Huoneen koko OK.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa teknisiä ongelmia (vesi ei poistunut ammeesta ja huonetta piti vaihtaa). Sängyt liian korkeita.
Imanvaihto tai ilmastointi ei toiminut. Huono huoneilma. Hotellista opastettiin avaamaan ikkuna. Päivisin remontista johtuvia voimakkaita ääniä. Pakko poistua ulos.
