It was clean and comfortable and room size was good.
On arrival it was twin bed set up instead of a double. Staff member wasn’t super helpful on check in but next day beds were made up to a double bed which was great but we weren’t happy it was done when we had a do not disturb on the door, they entered anyway.

I would suggest to think about prolonging breakfast time because there were too many people around 10 a.m.
Great location and amazing staff, especially Vincenzo, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
The first rooms we stayed in were quite old and in urgent need of renovation and updating. The A/C also needed some attention. However, the rooms we had during our second stay were significantly better and much more comfortable.
Location was as expected since I know the area.
Room equipment and design is from the 80th, carpet was worn and dirty, a lot of equipment was either missing, worn or not working. The shower water was changing temperature from boiling hot to freezing cold within seconds. No way to control. Same for the A/C it was either on or off, all other settings were non relevant. the bad-sheet were torn or had holes and I could continue!!!
