Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hervorragender ÖV-Anbindung zum Flughafen
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, sodass alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einrichtungen bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind.
Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle Jean Médecin liegt nur etwa drei Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.
Die Strassenbahnlinie 2 (Tram L2) verbindet das Stadtzentrum von Nizza direkt mit dem Flughafen Nizza. Die Fahrzeit beträgt rund 30 Minuten, und die Verbindung ist zudem eine kostengünstige Reisemöglichkeit.

It was okay but for this price i didn’t feel i got my money’s worth. that’s my honest opinion.
Pros:

The location - but there are lots of hotels next door too

Cons:

The staff at night were rude. The room wasn’t cleaned properly throughout my stay. The room is very small for the price. The kettle didn’t work where it was, i had to heat water in the bathroom every morning using the socket there. I complained and the electrician came to fix it but it didn’t work. The water in the room wasn’t replaced every day until i complained. The water downstairs is almost €4 if i recall well.

A spacious room in a convenient location, but maintenance is needed.

The location of this hotel is decent—it’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

However, the facilities definitely lack proper maintenance; the first-floor restroom shared with the restaurant had a noticeable odor. On the positive side, our room was quite spacious, but the electric kettle was broken.

Great location
Pros:

Location is great. Close to Jean Medicine L1, L2 and L3 stations. 10 minutes walk to beach.
Hotel has discount to Ruhl beach area for sunbeds.
Good breakfast selection and great outdoor eating options on the terrace.
Daily housekeeping.
Staff knowledgeable and helpful. (Vincenzo)

Cons:

No info about hotel, services or any tourist leaflet in room..Bathroom dated with cheap shower curtain. Carpet has seen better days. Coathangers we requested never arrived (some in our wardrobe were broken).
