Pros:

Really nice place to stay. Unfortunately we needed to be downtown so to get there was a bit of a drive. But otherwise really great place. Restaurant on site was fantastic. Staff and food was really goid

Stayed at the location for a concert near by which was perfect. Only complaint was to upgrade the carpet in our room.

The elevator broke and we had to walk down six flights of stairs, so that was a very great and they didn’t have bottled water in the rooms. It was fair. Stay for an expensive price.

The hotel smelt like chemical and the room smelt musty. The hallway was all full of bags of garbage and take out boxes. Coffee maker was only coffee not various other latte or cappuccino

The room itself was dirty, seemed like a rush job. Could still see handprints all over the headboard, stains on sheets, and muck on the bathroom floor. In truth the biggest down fall with this place was a massive leak coming down from the roof/lighting fixture (which freaked me out) in our bathroom which covered our toilet and the floor in water. We realized this had happened after coming back to the hotel around midnight which then meant needing a new room. We were told there were no rooms available, asked for a refund, surprisingly a new room became available, still wanted a refund was told that could only be dealt with by the manager in the morning. Spoke with manager in the morning said he couldn't refund because we paid through Expedia and that he'll "look into the leak, see what happened there, and contact Expedia, then contact us about a refund". Didnt get contacted of course. Big waste of money tbh and a rough nights sleep. The room we got moved into was even dirtier then the first sadly.
