El hotel demasiado sucio. Limpieza pésima. Los pasillos muy sucios. Necesita lavar carpetas
The hotel is aging, but the staff is friendly. Downtown is not next door, but is walkable--about a mile.
location
nothing
It was nice
Kinda dated
The hotel is an old one, but it was built really well, as is reflected by the high quality carpeting, marble and the flooring. The rooms are quite comfortable. It's an old school hotel that still has its class!
The elevator is very noisy. That's all that I can think of.
Good location
The room was pretty clean but the much of the common areas were dusty, not vacuumed in days and there were overhead plumbing leaks showing in the room an other areas. Smelled like cigarette smoke and weed.
Very beautiful Mountain View
The humans that create the environment around the area
I didn’t like anything about it. Couldn’t get hot water, it wasn’t very clean, customer service is awful. Beds are awful. I’d rather sleep on the floor
Everything
It was in a good area, easy to find. I like the old school style of the hotel.
The balcony situation. we couldn’t see outside it had a boarded up fence.
Easy check in and out.
Room was hot after check in and stayed hot when we came back from dinner. Tried to call front desk but the phone didn't work in the room. Finally call on my phone and got reservations who text me the direct phone line. By one am the desk clerk came to our room and found the trouble. Couldn't sleep well do to the heat and the noisy fan. Didn't cool down until 7:00 am.
Bathroom and cooling system needs updated. Toilet looked dirty inside but that was rust stains.
I liked that it was about 100$ for the night. Multiple hotels were around 130$. For 30$ I could have had a much better experience.
The room seemed clean. All halls leading to the room were filthy. Elevator was filthy. Deck was filthy
Slider to deck did not have a lock, screen didn’t have a lock either
Thermostat was ripped off the wall, was concealed so I didn’t notice until I went to turn on ac at night.
Slept w a knife on my end table incase someone came in the slider. Not restful. Left super early (around 5a) because I was sleeping so crappy(scared someone would come through slider)
The hallways and room smelled like smoke. I'm not normally picky but I couldn't sleep it was so gross. The staff was distracted and no one was even present to check me in for 10 minutes. The closet door/mirror was broken and wouldn't close. The chair in the room was so stained I was afraid to put anything on it. The entire place was run down and the hall carpet was duct taped together.
Location.
We did not like the overall experience. Arrived and the plumbing was backed up and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Got moved to another room and upstairs smelled like weed.
Let's go back before the problems... I asked the night staff if I could stay another day if we wanted to, she said that she couldn't do that, okay?! We go to the room, find out about plumbing, we report the plumbing as we were leaving to meet up with our friends. When we got back later to see about the plumbing, they offered another room and we took it. Got tub was down and the pool was down :/ .
As we were leaving the next day our daughter heard them accommodating a gentlemen for another night that had the room booked for only one night, when they told me that they could not do that.
I noticed a dent in the back of my car from someone hitting in the parking lot, we will see if there's cameras there. The manager said that we'd probably get a full refund, said that he didn't know about the plumbing issues and the he was sorry for the inconvenience. Well, he changed his mind the next day I got partial refund. Never again will I stay at the place.
There was a duck in the back and poop all over the pool area.
Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. It was a nice walk to downtown, but the neighborhood felt a little sketchy. Not a deal breaker by any means. The price and proximity to downtown, though a little bit of a walk (15 mins?), made it fine.
The room was nice enough in spite of the flooring bubbling up, but all the public areas, with the exception of the lobby, were run down. The hallways felt dirty and dank. The carpet was bubbled and it was either terribly stained or dirty. Garbage was piled in the hallway in front of the rooms. It seemed to stay there for a long time. As long as it was simply a place to sleep for a night, it was OK. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the beds comfy, the room clean. Though we saw people cleaning the pool, it had a curious green hue to the water. No swimming for me! It was obviously a very nice place in its earlier days. It's just run down now. The common areas need refurbishing.
Breakfast was good
Couldn’t get the shower to work properly and the heating system in 347 didn’t work it was cloe
