Pros:

The nice walk of .3 miles to the convention center was nice. The staff was very friendly. I did not have a car to park, but the parking lot seemed large and open.

Cons:

The delayed check in process. Also, the original room assigned was not what I booked. That delayed my check in as well. The hotel elevator was heard all night long. That made my stay more stressful than it should have been.

Pretty good but very interesting staff…
Pros:

I liked how the hotel was in a great location for easy access and easy transportation!

Cons:

Their room was good BUT one of the staff tried to make me pay more than what I paid for online! It was crazy! Thankfully the manager was there when I checked out and he fixed the issue.

Cleanliness of room was only thing that kept me from asking for a refund.
Pros:

Bed was nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

Pool was disgusting. Mold all over in it. Nasty looking things floating inside water. Inside building floors everywhere were very unclean.

Pros:

Was perfect location room decent sized

Cons:

Found pre-used soap in the bathroom all nasty there was no wash clothes and kinda understaffed had to wait till late for the bed for the kids

Pros:

I like that it was centrally located to all of Boise. The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the pool! I loved the ambiance of the front lobby. Room was clean and the bed was soft.

Cons:

The whole hotel needs some remodeling. There was a patio connected to the room that seemed creepy. It was another point of entry, that made me feel uneasy. At one point there was a man that was "checking the glass" and could see inside the room. The carpets were old and duct taped together. It just needed some updating

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is very rundown. The floors and hallways were dirty and needed vacuuming.
The floors in our room were filthy. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. The bathroom floor was dirty.
The security lock on the door was broken.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. Breakfast was supposed to be served for approximately 3 hours. Every day that we went there was barely anything left and what was left was cold.

Cheap. And the facility reflected this.
Pros:

The location was walkable.

Cons:

Homeless people camping in the parking lot. The building itself was dilapidated and run down. Smelled like smoke inside. The hallways had duct taped on all kinds of surfaces instead of being properly repaired. It was overall disappointing and I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Never will I or anyone I know chose this run down disaster to stay in when there are other places.
Pros:

Awful! The room had No heat two disgusting blankets were brought to me that felt like fiberglass. Froze all night the room was gross and I will never stay there again!!! The floors all carpet and I was at the end of a hall after passing several doors that looked to be baracated awful feeling never again. So disappointed I have lived in Boise for several tease and that is not how they would ever alow and guest to stay .
