Comfortable bed close to downtown but without the extra price

Super close to downtown without the added price

Cons:

Bathroom floor was dirty and there was a pair of shorts hanging on the shower rod that was from previous people

The TV needed to work breakfast was awful, the heating was awful, no glasses, the shower would not shut off. Overall it was horrible.

Entire hotel is in need of a good scrubbing, updating and fixing.
Pros:

Location was okay. Staff snd lobby area okay. Bed was clean.

Cons:

Very dirty front entrance, carpets, and elevator. Our room was poor-decent. Stained dirty card entry on door, missing tile and old dirty grout in bathroom. Dirty shower curtain. Floors overall need a deep cleaning. Mattress is too soft, needs updating.

Never got my security deposit back(they pulled $7 from it for breakfast despite my want to pay outright and I never got the remaining $43 back)

I love the place but the occupancy of the adjoining room were not very respectful for the others around them!
Pros:

Loved the jetted tub in our room. The room was large and spacious!

Cons:

Went down for breakfast around 8:0 and there were no potatoes or eggs or they looked like yesterday’s leftovers. So went back at 9 and were fresh eggs but only 2 slices of bacon.
The occupants in the room next to ours came in around 3 am and caused so much commotion that it woke us both up! Took about 2 hrs to get back to sleep then the next night a 3 am the tv goes on and is turned up pretty loud and again on for 3 hrs. I did not sleep well and had a tournament I had to bowl in with very little sleep.

Cons:

Had a double bed room booked but was told because of understaffing they weren't able to clean the room so we were given a single king size bed instead. Not very clean facilities and pretty outdated. Also seems to attract interesting people with the general area and torch lounge being across the street. Could definitely find better spots in Boise for not much more.

There was really nothing we liked about our stay

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that our room wasn't cleaned, the pool wasn't clean, there was no towels for the pool, it was hot in the lobby and in the elevator, our mini fridge had mold on the seal, that tray that had the coffee maker on it was dirty, there was wood pieces and sawdust on the floor, the faucet handle in the bathroom sink came off. It was a horrible experience!!! There was a hair on the sheets and a burn make of the comforter.

The air conditioner didn’t work. We had to move to a different room. There were broken down vehicles in the parking lot also most of the ice machines didn’t work.

Easy check out/in, cheaper than most

Cons:

Hard to get in touch with, mold in shower, HOT rooms with barely any ac. Reserved a room for 113$ and then got charged $167?!?!
