Categories

Cleanliness
4
Multiple reviews mention dust, bugs/bedbugs, unclean sheets and rooms not serviced — clear negative cleanliness issues throughout.
Service
8
Mixed but generally positive: several reviews praise friendly, helpful reception and breakfast staff; a few serious complaints (unavailable reception, rude receptionist, alleged withheld deposit) lower the score.
Location
8.5
Consistently cited as a strength (close to airport, shops, fast food, convenient for transit) across many reviews.
Room Quality
5.5
Mixed — comfortable beds reported, but many issues with old/outdated rooms (broken sockets, TV problems, poor water pressure, thin walls/soundproofing) reduce the score.
Amenities
8.5
Breakfast included, toiletries in-shower, coffee bar, laundry, vending and occasional in-room hot tub noted positively in multiple reviews.
Value for Money
6
Split sentiment: some call it excellent/affordable value, others feel it is expensive for the low-quality facilities — overall slightly below target.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast is frequently described as tasty/complete and a plus for the price, though a few guests asked for more variety or reported a poor breakfast.
Overall Experience
8
Overall mixed but leaning positive: good location, amenities and many helpful staff balance significant cleanliness and some service/facility issues, resulting in a generally acceptable stay for many guests.

Pros:

Proximity to airport.

Cons:

Receptionist could be more courteous and helpful.
The room was dusty and had bugs.
No carpet in the room.

Bohužel nedoporučuji
Pros:

Pros:

I liked the location. I also liked that breakfast was included for the price.

Cons:

The room didn't have a safe. I also didn't like that I could hear every single sound coming from the rooms either beside or above me and outside.
