The breakage deposit of 100$ is still not refunded

I stayed at this hotel from March 9th, 2026 to March 10th, 2026. My booking was prepaid, but upon check-in, they asked for a $100 incidental deposit, which is supposed to be refundable. My booking ID is NH22254469732616.

I am still waiting to receive the $100 refund, even after eight days since my stay. I have emailed the hotel several times regarding this issue but have not received any response. The total charges for my hotel room were less than the deposit that was charged, and I am puzzled as to why it has not yet been refunded.

Please be cautious if you decide to stay here, and ensure you follow up for your refund if you do.
