Comfortable for a family of 3. Breakfast was good but same menu every day.
I tried to used the microwave but when I opened it the smell was super bad.

La señora de la limpieza se molestaba por todo, a una niña de al lado de nosotros se le cayó un jugo y la señora muy molesta le dijo a los papás que la cuiden para que no tire cosas y limpió de mala gana

Good location and price was much cheaper than others in the area.
I was disappointed with my stay here. The pool was closed for renovations which was a big reason I booked this hotel. The women’s restroom in the lobby was also out of order. Our room had a roach in it.
This hotel is convenient to O'Hare. The price was lower than other similar hotels.
It took a long time for the shower water to get hot. I felt like I wasted a TON of water just waiting for it to get hot. Breakfast was typical for a budget hotel, meaning nothing to get excited about.
