Room was nice, parking great, location very good.
There was no lift to take you to the next floor (12 steps) not great for someone with walking issues. Breakfast was on until 9.30am and we received hostility from reception and the waiter checking his watch when we walked in at 9.20am.
Lovely staff. Good options at breakfast. Nice comfortable hotel and bar
Nothing we didn't like.
Excellent room., bar and resstaurant
More plug points needed!
Great location if youre attending pj and live
The Craighaar was a five minute walk from the P&J where we were attending an event and the reason for our stay. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was exceptional! The staff were friendly and attentive and the price we paid was beyond reasonable for our stay. Would not hesitate to book again if we were in the area
Nothing
Location close to TECA, less expensive than Hilton. Decent breakfast and dinner. Staff very friendly and eager to help.
Leaking faucet and shower (starting in the middle of the night) and noisy radiator (had to keep turning it off in the night). And they ran out of bananas.
Excellent location for the P&J Stadium
Exactly location for P&J live, lovely sun terrace to sit out if a lovely day
Nice stay.Clean hotel with great facilities.Really friendly staff
Friendly staff. Location near to the venue we were going to
No lift
The bar area and restaurant was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful
The bedroom was very outdated and bed was small and uncomfortable. Also in flight path which can’t be helped so very noisy with overhead planes and helicopters so ok if u don’t want a lie in.
Location , parking facilities environment
Shower was not good water did not run away and flooded the bathroom
Really nice hotel with pleasant staff
Very close to P&J live which is the reason we booked our stay
Nothing bad to say at all
very clean and breakfast was lovely, was value for money
The room was smaller than I thought, very hot as small window,
Shower was incredibly small, the room had a lingering unpleasant smell and because of the location there was a decent amount (as expected but not muffled by the room in any way) of airplane noise.
