Ambiente und Gemeinschafzsräume top, Zimmer flop
Pros:

Aufenthaltsbereich, Bar und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett (Rollbett, wie aus Notunterkunft) war eher unbequem und kaut. Man spürte und hörte die Federn bei jeder Bewegung.

A wee gem
Pros:

After seeing reviews on here, decided to book it, and I'm so glad we did, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left, it was lovely, all the staff were were pleasant, friendly and helpful, they phoned before we arrived to welcome us, the rooms were nice and spotless, quiet hotel, we eat in the restaurant, we had the fish and chips, which I thought was a wee bit greasy, breakfast was lovely, 5 minute walk to the P&J arena, made to feel welcome, would certainly stay there again..

It was too warm in room, radiatiors weren’t on so we didn’t know what else to do. Beds small for doubles?

Fab hotel, great location for attending the P&J Live for events.
Pros:

The breakfast is superb and our evening meal was lovely, very impressed. The bathroom is modern. Staff go above and beyond.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic, so attentive and friendly . Breakfast was stunning, plentiful and very fresh .Top Notch. Evening meals also superb ,fresh and generous portions.Nice clean bathroom with great shower.

Cons:

Rooms are badly in need of refurb , cleaning needs to be better. Dusty light shades ,walls and cobwebs aplenty . Under bed not been touched by a hoover in a while ,very dusty .
