This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and this time I stayed for three nights on business. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout my stay, and the food was excellent, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
Unfortunately, the room was quite outdated in terms of décor and was also very hot, with no fan available to help cool it down.
The biggest issue, however, was the internet connection., I had the same problem the last time I stayed which was several months agao.
The Wi-Fi was diabolical both times, and I had no connection in my room for the entire three-night stay. As I was travelling for business, this meant I was unable to carry out my work. I reported the issue on numerous occasions and was repeatedly told that it would be resolved the following day, but unfortunately this never happened.
Overall, I found the experience extremely disappointing, particularly as reliable internet access was essential for my business trip. Despite the friendly staff and excellent food, I informed my company I do not wish to stay at this hotel again.

Location is good it’s easy to find just a few minutes of the new bypass. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast is a lot more than you can eat .
There is nothing really that can improve the Craighaar we have stayed there a few times and found that the staff are very helpful and polite everything at the hotel was perfect lovely and quiet
