Pros:

Clean,comfy, polite

Cons:

WAY WAY to busy/crowded on weekends with families going to away games for sports basically. Free dinner and breakfast ate nice, but I'm not sitting in an super crowded room full of coughing kids and adults. I will only book weeknight stays at a Drury Inn going forward unless it's an emergency

Wonderful for all types of travelers.
Pros:

The included breakfast and 5 o'clock drinks and snacks were outstanding! The selections were plentiful and the area was very clean and comfortable.

Go to Drury and nowhere else.
Pros:

As a Drury always is, this one in Grand Rapids was fantastic. Very clean rooms and common areas. Tremendous value with breakfast, drinks and dinner as part of the price. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

My husband & I went to Grand Rapids just for a get away & we were so happy with our room & the wonderful staff there . The girl went out of her way to print directions for us when she id not have to!! Such a great staff of people here!!

Drury did not disappoint!
Pros:

Nice clean hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious. Free evening kickbacks and breakfast was good and plentiful. Pool and hot tub were clean and in good repair.

Nice facilities, friendly staff. No plant-based milk. check in was delayed unexpectedly.
Pros:

Very nice facilities and room.

Cons:

Was not allowed to check in till 3 even though my group had an earlier check in. I believe an exception could have been made given the circumstances. No plant-based milk options because they were still testing customer acceptance at other hotels, but this was not helpful for my stay.

It was clean and everything was easy to get to

Cons:

I liked everything about the property. I thought the pool was in a weird place but when I thought about it later, that was the best place for the pool.

Great stay.
Pros:

The room was beautiful 😍

Cons:

They kept counting kids. My room had 4 kids on the the roster and I had 1 extra kid with me for two hours waiting to be picked up from his parents and they constantly were bothering us about it.
