Like a very busy railway station.
Late availability of room. Large queue for everything including the lifts. Long queue to check out. Overcharged.
Adoro hotel e sempre que vamos a São Paulo ficamos aí porque é muito confortável e a área do spa é acolhedora
Dessa vez foi a primeira vez que os funcionários da recepção foram frios . Na entrada chegamos quase 18h e não tinha quarto disponível , ficamos quase 40min úteis aguardando sendo que eu já havia reservado o hotel antes e chegamos no horário né além do checkin . E no checkou também a equipe não foi acolhedora , e havíamos pedido para não debitar no cartão os gastos extras que iríamos acertar lá na recepção e mesmo assim eles debitaram e demoraram para resolver e sempre com a cara fechada , diferente das outras vezes que nós hospedamos aí . Essa foi a primeira vez que não fomos acolhidos , espero que seja somente dessa vez por amo o hotel .

Hotel esta muito desorganizado, check in de evento junto com os demais hóspedes, podendo levar até 1 hora na fila, café da manhã todo bagunçado, louças sujas por todo lado, faltando repor comida, falta de copos, talheres, enfim, este atendimento não combina com a bandeira Hyatt!!!!
