Booked 1 night for my son Alex. Pre registration on line. PIF. I understand you have to have I D @ checkin. I wrote note explaining that Alex Kline was to check in. Desk manager wouldn't let him check in! BS. Done with that. This is my son's family they turned down at midnight. This was in IL. Thanks
The location we always come for medical .
The floors were not super clean
Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. one of the nicest Super 8 hotels we have stayed at.
Not much of a breakfast.
We didnt eat breakfast there. It was very clean and quiet.
The bed was very hard.
Location was good. Right off freeway. Lots of restaurants close. Parking good. Park close by. Friendly staff. Breakfast was just ok.
Got handicapped room as requested but it was located at the farthest end of the building. Very inconvenient. A long walk to dining area especially when walking was our reason for needing the handicapped room. Requested closer room
but none were available.
Refrigerator in room did not work. Coffee maker in room did not work. I wonder how often they even check them.
Facilities are definately showing their age
The bed was comfortable
Our bathroom door didn't close, the floors were kind of sticky and there was dry rice by the sink... the upstairs were running so much thay I didn't sleep well until after 11pm, I didn't get connected rooms but was next to each other... it's our 4th time staying here. Maybe next year we will go somewhere else
Beds are comfortable. Location is great.
Rooms have a bad smelling odor. Lots of stains in tub and toilet.

I wasn’t aware of the $200 cash deposit. I’m thankful I had the cash on me because I would’ve drove 3 hours and not been able to stay. It should be more apparent ahead of time for customers that pay cash because that would’ve been disastrous otherwise
Need to have an elevator to 2nd floor!!! To many steps for older people carrying luggage.
Waste of electricity, as our room was set at 61 deg when we walked in. Freezing and took long time to get warmed up!!!
first day breakfast plenty to chose from after that there was couple times by 7 am not much to pick from
getting up for breafast early in the morning and not much to chose from
