Great Week in Pensacola Beach
Pros:

Staff was great. View was amazing! Son caught Pompano off the beach behind Motel.

We made the best of it even though the property was horrible.

It’s hard to say what we actually liked about the property it’s self because of the terrible experience we had with the staff. To me the staff and customer service create the experience at a property. And from the moment of check in it was a bad experience for us.

Cons:

To start off the front desk staff as soon as we got there were very rude and unpleasant. We had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready when check in was supposed to be at 4. When I asked if there was any eta of when our room would be ready. The lady told me they had NO IDEA of any time frame. There isn’t a wooden ramp to get to the beach from the property. There were two TVs in the room almost right next to each other and if someone slept on the pull out they couldn’t enjoy the tv at night.

Pros:

Very nice hotel! We are a family of five, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved that the room had two TVs, which was a nice bonus. The beach was also very easy to access, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was decent. We really enjoyed our time here!

Cons:

I paid extra for a pool-view balcony room, but was given a 1st-floor room in the far corner with a very limited view. It was disappointing and did not feel worth the extra cost. I expected more for the price I paid.

Excellent 12/10!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Clean. Friendly. Family friendly. Great location right on the beach. Three great pools with plenty of space. Rooms were so clean and housekeeping kept up very well. Great price!

Would stay again beautiful, clean, and joyful experience.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach is unmatched. Not too many kids at the time we stayed. Beautiful amenities great parking.

Cons:

We had to ask for room service to bring towels. They don’t have a restaurant on campus. The Wi-Fi is very poor.

A trip to paradise
Pros:

I loved the view from our suite, we had the Gulf and pools and the beautiful beach and coastline.

Cons:

The one thing we felt that was missing is a light in the entrance where the microwave and fridge are. It seems there should of been a lamp on the table maybe. The point is that you cannot see to read the microwave and do the settings. We had to use our flashlights to see it.

Pleasant with a slight odor.
Pros:

It was moderately sized so didn’t feel like we were climbing a mountain to get from our car to our room or to the beach.

Cons:

The hallway carpets were dingy looking and smelled bad. The front lobby smelled like dead fish the first day. The second day when they were mopping it smelled like they were using week old mop water. Otherwise our room was incredible and clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay again in the future.
