O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções em bolos, pães e outros pratos doces.( Só uma sugestão pessoal)
A reserva foi feita pela Web. Por lá estavam incluídos café da manhã e estacionamento.l no preço da diária. Mas no momento do check out o estacionamento foi cobrado a parte.
O freezer do quarto não estava funcionando. Fato foi informado.

Poderia ser bem melhor
Pros:

O hotel têm o pessoal do simpático porém ruim de trabalho. E os manobristas do estacionamento são bons, apesar de não ser gratuito e cobrar 35R$ por diária

Cons:

Quarto não foi higienizado adequadamente, estava cheio de cabelos atrás da porta 🚪 e com meia de outra hospedagem anterior em baixo da mesa. Não mandaram camareira para limpar, não deram cortesia só agradeceram a informação de forma cordial e ao sair pela manhã com minha esposa e filho coloquei a placa de não perturbar e eles entram no quarto para "conferir " o frigobar.

Outro problema foi que O Booking mostrou 2 valores quando estava selecionando o hotel e ficou lançado o mais caro no sistema do app, ao chegar no hotel eles me cobraram o 1° valor (mais barato) entendi que era um erro de sistema, ao realizar o check-out, me cobraram mais 115 R$, por um erro que não foi meu, mesmo tendo todos os problemas anteriores.
