A disappointing stay considering the price, mainly due to the poor soundproofing and lack of response to my concerns.

The location was convenient, the hotel itself is pleasant, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was also reasonable.

Cons:

The main issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to me and also from the street. On my last night, I was woken up around 1:30 a.m. by very loud noise and banging from neighbouring rooms. I asked reception if I could change rooms, but unfortunately I did not feel that there was much effort to resolve the situation. Considering the price of the stay, I expected a much higher level of comfort and a better overall experience.

Tem que ir com tempo, pq o atendimento demora.

Chegamos lá por volta das 19:20.. tinhamos um evento às 21… conseguimos entrar no quarto só às 20:10, pois só tinha uma pessoa na recepção.
Achei desorganizado só ter 1 pessoa atendendo. Na hora do checkout também, foi quase 1 hora novamente para conseguir fazê-lo

Veio um rapaz chamado Delfino, nem deixou entrarmos e deu a desculpa que p andar que o andar que iriamos dormir teve que ser desocupado por problemas que nao quis dizer. Disse que poderíamos ficar, os tres, em um quarto com cama de casal, que nao tinha agua, mas que poderiamos usar o banheiro da academia. Humilhante. Nunca fui desreipeitado desta forma em um hotel. Chegamos cansados jo hotel, querendo usar banheiro, e tivemos que pegar 400km de madrugada de volta para curitiba. Uma vergonha. Acionarei o hotel pelos danos morais causados. E nunca mais reservarei nada pelo booking.com

Quarto espaçoso, localização muito boa.

Cons:

Ralo do chuveiro não estava dando conta, depois de algum tempo retornava água até pelo ralo fora do box.
Caixa acoplada do vaso sanitario fazendo barulho o tempo todo por vazamento. E as 10h da manhã uma funcionária entrou no quarto sem bater para perguntar de reposição de frigobar. Um absurdo.
Cafe da manhã também muito simples pelo preço do hotel. Decepcionante.

Excelente, mas houve imprevisto que manchou a experiencia.

O hotel, como todos da rede Blue Tree são de excelencia, porem desta vez houve um imprevisto que arruinou a experiencia. Conto abaixo no que não gostei.

Cons:

Estive hospedada neste ultimo fim de semana de sexta a domingo, por motivo de um evento na capital. No sabado retornei para o hotel por volta de meia noite, tomei um banho rapido para dormir e no dia seguinte antes do cafe do manha, fui tomar um banho para despertar, lavar cabelo, tudo para começar o dia bem, porem nenhuma gota no chuveiro, nem para escovar dentes. Liguei na recepçao para saber o que acontecia e previsao, a equipe informou que a Sabesp interrompeu o fornecimento no sabado e o poço do hotel não deu conta da demanda e estava o predio todo sem agua. No cafe da manha um tumulto, todos esperando a agua, tive que fazer check out para trabalhar e o tumulto contiuava na recepçao sem agua ate aquele momento. O hotel disse que tinha solicitado caminhao pipa naquela manha, mas vi que estao despreparados para esses colapsos de estrutura que estao por vir.
