Front desk staff was rude and she charged credit card multiple times for deposit even after I left the desk. Day manger had to clean up the mistake

The staff was nice but they really need to replace the king mattress and clean it better.
Pros:

It was 8 minutes from my my destination

Cons:

Suite was dusty and the king bed mattress was sunk in on one side.There was a chip on the floor when I lifted the blanket.And an old lottery ticket by the headboard between the bed and the wall.The microwave didn’t work so they brought us another microwave.I was there for a funeral so I was to tired to deal with switching rooms.
