A good place to stay
Pros:

Calm and very near to many ski ski stations

Cons:

The bed, we request one double single bed, but we found 2 single bed attached which is uncomfortable and caused back-pain.
We requested for a replacement but we didn’t get an interaction

Pros:

The room was clean, well designed, and loved the view outside. I chose the hotel for the sauna and the pool (in addition with the price compared to other options available). Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Chamonix. The lady at the reception as well was absolutely lovely.

Suffisant pour un cour séjour!
Pros:

La localisation, gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La chambre.
Très vide. La télé est toute petite et très éloigné du lit, de plus les chaînes ne fonctionnais pas correctement.
Un bébé cafard trouvé dans la salle de bain.
Les chambres pourrait être rafraîchies…

Great stay!
Pros:

Great room, with an amazing view.
Friendly staff and easy to get to chamonix or Le prarion ski stop both by bus.

Cons:

Pool temperatura wasn’t warm enough and a few times during the day the shower temperature was slightly lower than ideal.

Très beau séjour, je recommande. :)
Pros:

L'hôtel est agréable, calme, bien situé.
L'espace piscine est une belle prestation, qui appel à la détente après une journée de ski.
Le personnel est très agréable et disponible.
Le petit déjeuner maison, est bon et copieux.

Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%

Cons:

L'espace sauna et l'agencement de l'entrée de la piscine pourrait être modulé différemment pour que l'on puisse se changer et se laver plus aisément sans être dans le passage.

The stay was good overall but a few added extras would have made the stay better.

-Pool wasn't hot enough
-There was no tea or coffee in the room
-Breakfast was good but was told I couldn't take away an apple and a yoghurt which was very bad considering the amount of money I paid for the room and I saw other people taking food out of the restaurant area
-The bath didn't have a plug in it to bathe

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel agréable.
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique. Très bon emplacement.

Cons:

Pas toujours d'eau chaude au bon moment. Beaucoup de neige gelée sur le parking de l'hôtel et peu de traitement par gravier, rendant les déplacements délicats voire dangereux.
