Pros:

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location near the campus. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The furniture and carpet were old and dingy and the windows were dirty when the sun shone through. Didn’t want to sit on the couch. Expected more from this hotel especially due to the price.

Nice stay
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and the building was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The traffic noise was very loud. We were there on a Wednesday night with nothing going on on the campus yet the traffic was constant and loud.

Good, clean, friendly with a decent morning breakfast. Easy check in and out, very cheerful morning staff😹 It was a fairly quiet hotel despite being busy that weekend. We had the street side and it's a bit loud with traffic but I always travel with ear plugs and it didn't bother my BF at all. I wish their HVAC system would allow for the fan to run continuously for the sound protection but we found some brown/white noise on YouTube and were fine. Across from Linebacker bar, a favorite of the nephew's so we could join him and just walked across the street once us old folks were done with the alcohol & noise.

Overall, great place to stay if you need to be in proximity to campus.
Pros:

Location to Notre Dame University is ideal.

Cons:

Noises travel throughout the building, allowing you to hear everything that’s going on in common areas. Sink and toilet were exceptionally low.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. The walls are a little thin and there were a lot of kids running around but the quieted down in the evening and it was not a problem. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice.

Cons:

Just that it is an older building with thin walls. You could hear the people in the rooms below us. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear running and jumping below.

The room was showing its age. The toilet seat was going to fall off, which they knew ahead of time and still rented it out.

Cons:

Pleasant hotel but badly in need of refurbishment. Ceiling plaster had a large crack in it and it felt very dated.
The bed also had a large sharp metal piece sticking out on which I cut my leg in two places and bled all over the sheets
