The best and worst stay you ever had

Public areas and design of the restaurants and taste of food.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the hallways, lack of art and furniture in the hotel rooms, lack of AC in the elevators, cocktails at the rooftop bar, size of the milkshake from downstairs for the price, and the glass walls for the shower

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre avec nos enfants, mais ils n’ont pas voulu inclure les lits alors que c’était prévu dans la réservation, nous avons dû payer un supplément de pratiquement 100 $ en plus par jour pour nos enfants

J’espère que Booking pourra nous rembourser cet hôtel malhonnête

Da dimenticare.

La posizione vicino alla statale semplice e veloce da raggiungere.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso questa struttura e non abbiamo mai visto l’ombra di personale delle pulizie in giro. La cosa sconcertante è stata il secondo giorno, rientrando in camera abbiamo notato che le pulizie non erano state fatte e sopratutto il cambio asciugamani non era stato fatto. Abbiamo chiamato immediatamente la reception chiedendo spiegazioni e ad ogni domanda o richiesta ci veniva risposto “tomorrow” . Dopo circa 2 ore ci venivano portati n.2 asciugamani e basta. Nella prenotazione avevo scelto e pagato per la colazione inclusa ma arrivati lì scopriamo che viene servita in base ad un menù e si può scegliere 1 bevanda e 1 piatto a testa, mentre tutto quello che veniva richiesto in più andava pagato. Vista la città che offra una vasta se non vastissima scelta e il prezzo non consiglio a nessuno di scegliere questa struttura. Ah dimenticavo, il parcheggio non è dell’hotel ma è “pubblico” si trova a 5mt dalla strutta e costa 40 dollari ma attenzione che i posti sono limitati a me è capitato di andare altrove (motivo in più per non sceglierlo). Soggiorno da dimenticare.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Los Angeles.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We had some difficulty figuring out how to use some of the amenities and the air conditioning. We weren’t sure where to find the instructions, so it would be helpful if they were easier to locate.
