Modern, well-located hotel with good facilities and food.
Pros:

Nice sized room for my son and I with very nice bathroom and power shower. Room location did not overlook noisy Main Street . Air conditioning was a major plus and key to me opting for this hotel versus other Berlin hotels that I have used in the past.

Cons:

Limited supply of in-room bottled water and coffee capsules during our stay. Having to pay to reserve room location was annoying and a poor copy of how airlines are ripping off their passengers by charging for seat bookings.
I originally made my booking via Booking.com and , when I needed to extend it by one night, I was bounced between Booking.com and NH Collection to the point where I almost cancelled the entire booking as Booking.com system was not working properly and their customer service was poor and unhelpful . I eventually booked the extra night directly with NH Collection.

A great hotel and well worth the stay. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The location was excellent. A short walk from the train station and tram which made it very convenient to get around Berlin. Many of the must see attractions were within walking distance. Staff were great and were happy to help.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, camera spaziosa il giusto e dotata di tutti i comfort. Staff cortese e sempre disponibile! Nel complesso un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole.

Perfect hotel for central Berlin
Pros:

Location was perfect, close to many of the sights or for getting the train.
Staff were very friendly, particularly Regina from the bar who was fantastic!

Cons:

Couple more milk portions in the room would have been helpful, 2 isn't enough.

Pros:

The hotel staff are wonderful. The restaurant offers a fantastic option of food and drinks. The location to the mall and train station is unbeatable. The room was adequate for our needs. The facility was in great shape.

Cons:

There are no plugs in the bathroom to be able to get ready if you need anything that plugs in. Then there was no mirror in the bedroom with a plug nearby as well. The AC struggled. All in all was a great stay.

Das Hotel ist einfach Klasse ☺️
Eine sehr gute Lage, gleich am Bahnhof Friedrich Straße...Das Frühstück sehr gut,immer alles da und eine tolle Auswahl ....Die Zimmer super sauber und gemütlich...Die Rezeption immer besetzt,bei Fragen, Problemen wird einem gleich geholfen,top.kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen und ist mein Hotel bei der nächsten Berlin Reise ☺️

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Alles im Zimmer hat perfekt funktinoiert (Bad, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Klimaanlage) und es war durch die Isolierfenster extrem ruhig. Die Möglichkeit, den täglichen Reinigungsservice nicht zu wählen und dafür einen Getränkegutschein zu bekommen, war sehr angenehm. Lage zum den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und auch zum Sightseeing-Boot sehr gut.
