Excellent location, great choice for breakfast, comfortable beds but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Location was excellent right by the Friedrichstrasse station. S9 ran straight from the airport.
Breakfast had a really good choice.
Bar area was nice.
Liked the voucher system for free drink in bar if you didn’t have room serviced.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor facing the road. It was noisy from the street and the station.

Pros:

Berlin es una ciudad hermosa, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, porque desde ahí puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares de interés para los turista, además de disfrutar de la arquitectura de la ciudad. En el hotel el desayuno es delicioso, tiene una variedad de alimentos y la atención del personal es especial.

Extremely rude! Our flight got cancelled because the whole airport was closed due to bad weather, they didn’t want to cancel the reservation as per the force majeure which applies here and then didn’t even reply to our messages. Don’t book this place.

A very enjoyable comfortable stay with everything we needed
