Great place to stay.
Pros:

We had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay here. Room was modern, spacious and well equipped with coffee maker, kettle, fridge. AC in our room was very effective which was important as we were there during a heatwave. Handy, central location Although our room looked onto the rail tracks we were not at all bothered by noise that others have complained about as windows are triple glazed and needed to be kept shut due to heat. Perhaps if opened it might be noisier but it wasn't a problem.

Cons:

Only one lift functioned but we used the stairs so not a problem for us. Quite a long wait to check in with only one staff member at the desk....surprising. A bit pricier than other hotels in Berlin but worth it for the quality.

Great location, generally comfortable, inconsistent service; a solid 7.
Pros:

I am conflicted about how to rate this property. On the one hand, the location was outstanding, the breakfast buffet was exceptional, and the value wasn't bad, per se. On the other hand, the room was smaller than the inside cabin on the lowest deck of a cruise ship and while most of the staff were congenial and helpful, there were inconsistencies in the service. The lobby bar staff (Regina in particular) were wonderful. Overall, this review is a mixed bag - what was good was quite good; what wasn't good, was kind of marginal.

Cons:

How can a modern day hotel possibly have rooms that small and spartan?? I fully understand that in a city like Berlin, a person doesn't spend a great deal of time in their room, but wow, that was tiny. After a day out exploring one of the world's great cities, coming back to a space that makes you instantly claustrophobic is really anticlimactic and diminishes the experience somewhat.

Top Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, mit super Personal und tollem Frühstück. Lage direkt an der U/S Bahn Friedrichstraße in Berlin Mitte. Ideale Lage für Touristen zu Fuß 15 Minuten bis zum Brandenburger Tor u. Reichstag.
Das beste Hotel was ich die letzten Jahre hatte.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal & top Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Anliegen auf ein Zimmerwechsel (Badewanne gewünscht) wurde sofort erfüllt.
Frühstücksbufett top.
Lage direkt an der U-Bahn/ S-Bahn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und konnten trotzdem mit offnen Fenster gut schlafen.
Wir kommen gern wieder. :-)

צוות מאוד נחמד ונעים, המלון במקום מרכזי ממש על הרכבת, יש מתחת למלון סטארבאקס, סופרמרקט ליד המלון, מאפיה ועוד
המלון נקי מאוד, החדר שקט מאוד והמחיר לא גבוה. הכל היה 10/10 כשאחזור לברלין אחזור למלון הזה
