Cons:

The pool wasn't working got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes and needed a new toilet seat and the fitted sheets did not fit the bed.

Pros:

Price was okay.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible and the tables were very dirty, with a heaping trash can!

Our room was falling apart. Our AC cover fell off as soon as we got there. The walls were super thin and the hallways REAKED of marijuana throughout our stay there. Definitely not a family friendly place

Sleepless night
Pros:

The location was ideal to access the Final Four.

Cons:

This hotel is very filthy. The floors to the hotel room were extremely sticky and my whole family didn’t feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. The wash clothes had hair on them. Housekeeping didn’t appear to be a thing. There was trash under the bed, the blinds appeared to have ear wax on them. The front desk was supposed to bring pillows but never did bring them. The swimming pool was super crowded and it was loud throughout the night while we were trying to sleep. This hotel is not worth what we paid for a night.

It was ok. A good price but the cleanliness was not good.
Pros:

The rooms could have been way more cleaner than they were. You can visibly see they were not cleaned properly.

Disappointing and not worth the money
Cons:

The room was run down, the shower head leaked, the water didn’t get hot, the towels looked dirty, the jetted tub had a film around it, their was no mini fridge in the room. I had requested extra pillows and never got any. The bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. There was trash around the grounds outside. Over all the stay was very disappointing and a big waste of money. Will not be returning.
