It could be better breakfast, and the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. I really wish the Jacuzzi was working but for the most part, I love the hotel and my room I was in

Do not recommend this place!!
Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned, toilets dirty, no towels, sheets dirty. Fights broke out and cops were called. Manager was extremely rude and called us names to our face because we asked for a refund. Ended up leaving for our safety.

Room stank like cigarettes when was a non smoking room, TV didn't work, shower didn't work, holes in the walls and door, breakfast was terrible, overall never again and don't stay here ever

Staff were good.

Cons:

Not worth the money. Pricing should be more like less than 30 dollars a day for the services and how clean the rooms are kept. Bookings.com makes the place look very decent and takers get an expression of being ok to spend 60/night with an expectation of at least sleeping in a neat and tidy room which was not met. Very sticky floor, seemed like what ever was used to clean the floor was either expired or someone did not do their job well. Dirty walls, beds and blankets with cigarette burn marks etc.

Not again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and not too soft.

Cons:

The shower didn't work, all the furniture had stains all over them and the entire place had a musty smell. The pool and hot tub looked gross. The ice machine on our floor also did not work. The staff was friendly at check in.

Pros:

Nothing. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Cons:

Many things, I didn’t feel welcome, felt very quiet. Staff were rude, just demanding payment. Security deposit wasn’t necessary at all.
Breakfast was not breakfast.. literally no milk, no juice, no nothing but cereal all over the table

The hotel is in a nice location. The hotel staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel was extremely dirty. The room was dirty the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Our fridge didnt work the heat didnt work very well. The entire hotel was freezing.
