전반적으로 만족도가 높은 호텔이었습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 조용했으며 직원들도 친절해 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 위치도 좋아 주변 식당과 카페를 이용하기 편리했습니다. 다만 시설이 아주 최신식이라는 느낌은 아니었고, 일부 편의시설은 규모가 크지 않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 전반적인 관리 상태와 서비스가 좋아 다음에도 방문 의사가 있는 호텔입니다.

One night stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my overnight stay. I would gladly stay again in the future in fact I plan on staying again in the future. My room was very clean and comfortable the bed was very comfortable I really liked the shower too.

Pros:

Perfect location close to everything on San Ramon. Plenty of restaurants nearby to tryout different cuisines. Good breakfast and parking.

It was a good location. Breakfast had a good variety of options and staff eas quick to replace items as needed. It was quite, and comfortable.

Pros:

Great location! Great breakfast included! Nice room with kitchen! Would recommend for stay when traveling to San Ramon or nearby! Hotel is excellent location across from In&Out, Starbucks & close to shopping too

Get it together
Pros:

They put a designated smoking area illegally close to the rear entrance. It is FAR too close. It is 15 feet from the rear entrance and it is not allowed by California law to be within 25 feet. Its disgusting. I'll stay elsewhere until they remove the smoking area and apologize to all their calued guest of the promoting of damaging infants health they do.

Everything exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff, the pool, breakfast, and overall cleanliness of the facility! I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again!

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t the best was that the pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.

This is now our favorite hotel in the San Ramon area
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable room (1 bedroom suite) and best of all: the absolutely wonderful staff! Every single staff member we met was helpful and very personable.
