De ligging is erg goed om New York city te bezoeken.
Kamers zijn goed, fijn bed, het is schoon en linnen wordt elke dag verschoond.
Er stopt elke 5 minuten een shuttlebus voor de deur die je in 20 minuten naar Time Square brengt.
Personeel is vriendelijk.
Eetgelegenheden en wat winkels op loopafstand.
Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar passend voor de prijs per nacht.
Er is geen wasautomaat aanwezig in het hotel op de 10 minuten lopen wel een wasserette.
It was clean, had a breakfast
The bathroom light went out and when asked to replace it, was told they had none there to replace it and it never was. The tv quit working, they fixed it once and the next day it quit again and nothing was ever done about. The wifi was extremely bad. Some of the staff were very nice and others were very rude. I got my daughter and grand daughter a room there for a week and the overall experience for them was not good and I am not happy to have had to pay such a high price for the service that she did not get. So I am very unhappy!!

The availability and price of room given that fact that half the city was without power.
The bed was not very comfortable felt as if we was sleeping on a board.

When going on line to register you should also reveal a $100.00 charge for damages which you refund if ok. My husband was not happy.
