Pros:

It was clean and smelled fresh .
Needs a night light in bathroom for convenience at night.

Cons:

The breakfast. No waffles, we aren't for cereal and pop things in the microwave. We ate else where.
Only had biscuits and gravy no scrambled eggs.
Was offered a room on second floor but no elevator and we are seniors.
When going on line to register you should also reveal a $100.00 charge for damages which you refund if ok. My husband was not happy.

Overall it was not a pleasant stay, will not be going back.
Pros:

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

There was no hot water when we tried to give our kids a bath, we let the water run for a total of 6 minutes and still no hot water. The “free” breakfast was coffee and bagels or toast not even eggs or bacon or anything. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There were spots that you could tell hadn’t been cleaned.

Won't be back, staff was awsome.. management need a plan to renovate

Staff was helpful and kind.

Cons:

Room smelled like an ash tray.. furniture was sticky on the surfaces.. tables, desk, room stank.. 1 of the worst room I have ever stayed in.. Will not visit thus facility ever again when I'm back in town.. willing to pay more for a better location and stay next time..

Won’t be back again more than likely.
Pros:

Customer service from the front desk was excellent.

Cons:

No hot water, no regular pillows, WiFi didn’t work, still haven’t got my $50 deposit back…..
