Good for easy access to the beach. Breakfast was decent. I’d stay for 2-3 nights but a week long stay - I’d pay extra

Pools were great, easy access to the beach. Love the swings by the pool.

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so all of our clothes were damp - even the ones left in our bags. It was impossible to dry the towels and swimsuits. Gloria was difficult and not very friendly at breakfast. Also, the lazy river should be adult only - the kids kept jumping into the inter tubes and popping them. Then when they were in the pool, they were making waves and splashing people - not very relaxing.

Pros:

Great location right on the ocean. Had pools and a hot tub. Very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was exceptional.

Right on the beach. Pool, lazy River, free breakfast.

Cons:

Very run down, old, dirty. Cracked pool tiles, mold and chipped paint in bathroom, rust throughout on outside of facility, stains on dining area chairs, things scratched, carpet in halls stained.

Family on the beach
Pros:

The location on the beach is amazing. We enjoyed the hammock swings. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The property needs updating. I hope that the disappointment I experienced due to the closed indoor pool will pay off for future guests in the form of updated facilities.

Proximity to the beach. The pools were also nice.

Cons:

Having a room next to someone who brought their dog from home is extrememly disappointing. The dogs bark constantly. Every person who brings an animal should be kept in the same wing of the hotel away from those who do not wish to travel with their animals.

Excellent, family friendly and staff was great!
Pros:

Helen, the manager, was absolutely amazing! The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were traveling with children, including my toddler with special needs, as well as my elderly parents. Our vacation started off very stressful after the beach house we had reserved was double-booked by the property manager, leaving us without accommodations on the day of arrival.

From the moment we checked in, Helen made the entire process seamless and welcoming. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating to our family's needs. When the microwave in my parents' room wasn't working, she had it replaced immediately.

What impressed us most was how attentive and responsive the staff was throughout our stay. Even during peak season, the hotel never felt overcrowded. It was peaceful, well-managed, and provided a relaxing atmosphere that our family truly appreciated.

Although we don't typically stay in hotels for beach vacations, this experience completely exceeded our expectations. The complimentary hot breakfast offered a great variety of options each morning, making it easy to find something everyone enjoyed. We left feeling genuinely cared for, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

They didn't have a business office unfortunately. However, they allowed us to do a late check out, through 12 instead of 11 to accommodate a work phone call.
