Liked the many facilities, access to the beach and that it was dog friendly.

The tv didn’t work could never reach anyone at the front desk and the shower had mold under the soap holder and the plaster kept coming off on the ceiling of the shower

The location was wonderful just a few short steps to the beach . The staff was nice and allowed us a early check i. . Room was spacious and breakfast was good

My only complaint was the shower in our bathroom was not dirty but maybe discolored a bit

Amazing, but a let down for elderly parents because they couldn’t access the beach because of lack of steps at the end.
Pros:

All of the workers were amazing. Everything that we needed was always provided to us. The shower head in our room was broken and a maintenance man was there in minutes to fix it. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! We loved the pools, lazy river, and the hot tubs. There were many swings to sit and relax in and tables to sit in the shade.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property, was that my elderly parents couldn’t enjoy the beach. The steps to the beach had a massive drop off at the bottom. There needs to be a few more sets of steps to make it down to the beach. My parents had to be helped up and down because of the high steps. There was no way that they could go down by themselves, which they absolutely would have loved to do, but I had to be with them each time. It was so hard on them that they just stayed at the hotel or admired the beach from the top of the stairs. This made me wonder how wheelchair bound people enjoy the beach from your hotel? You gave wheelchair accessible things at the pools, but it would be nice if you had a wheelchair ramp and a wheelchair pad on the beach for them, as well.

Great stay and would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was excellent ! They made me feel very welcome and the location was wonderful !!! The continental breakfast was good as well !

Cons:

This is not something I didn’t like but I just wish the bed was a little softer .
