Room air con wasn’t working, no tea coffee facilities. Room was quite dated. No gym which was a huge shame. Also the deposit is quite steep !!

A) as a 4/5 star hotel that still demands a holding deposit - even though holding your card details. Only hotel of this calibre I have ever had to pass a deposit. Pretty poor in this day and age… just more admin

B) Lawnmower ( heavy duty and noisy) kicked off outside rooms as soon as light! I suggest that was inconsiderate and not appropriate. Nice lawn when woke up but awoke 90-120 mins before required

Я часто путишествую, но это было самое ужасное путишествие. Наше разочарование этим отелем даже сложно описать. Мы специально приехали на один день из Валенсии, рассчитывая провести время в SPA, но только после оплаты нам сообщили, что SPA не работает. Считаем это крайне непрофессиональным и нечестным, такую информацию обязаны сообщать заранее.
Но на этом проблемы не закончились. Нам также сообщили, что утром в отеле не будет воды. Просто даже умыться нельзя.
Номера очень старые, всё выглядит изношенным, в помещении неприятный затхлый запах. Уровень комфорта практически отсутствует, в номере нет даже обычных стаканов. В баре бутылка воды стоит 4 евро, но при этом её даже нечем открыть.
Мы приехали из другого города специально, чтобы отдохнуть и провести приятный день, а вместо этого получили сплошное разочарование. И если вы курите, то ни на одной террасе нельзя, только за пределами отеля. Категорически не рекомендуем это место.

Prima verblijf gehad , heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Proper, lekker eten
Kamer eerder beetje verouderd en kapotte klink van schuifraam. Jammer dat je nog veel moet bijbetalen voor de wellness en dat dit niet inbegrepen is.
Prijs kwaliteit echter prima
