Very good breakfast selection but the hot food was cold. I loved the room location overlooking the pitch. It was just a shame the wind direction made it cold when sitting out. I liked the wrist band idea to get into the main spectator area to experience that too.
Laking information either prior to game or at check in. I had a pitch view room which should have been given a flag. I wasn't told that. I wanted shirt but couldn't find one and it seems there were free shirts given with admission but I wasn't told and didn't get one and as l am visiting from out of the country that is a big disappointment for me.

The staff, the facilities, the location, everything was great.
Reception staff were amazing. The gentleman with the small dog was especially polite and welcoming. He was friendly with the younger members of our group and took the time to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness and warm attitude really made a positive first impression. Parking was close to the hotel.
