Excellent reception staff

The reception staff were excellent.

Cons:

The parking info sent in advance is incomplete. I emailed via email and booking.com specifically asking if i could stay beyond check out time. Both replies just reiterated that parking was £10 a night.
In short, it isn't £10 a night. It's £10 until midday, at which point - I think - you need to move your car, which is a pain if you are not leaving Manchester until later that day.
I'm deaf so lots of confusion could have been avoided if either full parking info can be sent as standard or if customer emails can be responded to by answering the customer's actual question. Not just copying and pasting unclear parking info.
Anyway the reception staff were exceptionally good. A customer service masterclass for my teenage daughter who is used to Londoners.

Fantastic Friendly value for Money accomodation
Pros:

We arrived quite late on the evening of 7 October, and the staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was such a refreshing experience, especially at that hour, as we’ve often found that late-night check-ins at other hotels can feel a little less welcoming. The warm hospitality really stood out and made a great first impression.
