Very grand and old fashioned. Lovely elevators and classic ambience. Great stay and superb service and staff. Entrance is a little tricky.
All Staff were highly attentive & helpful. Lovely nutritional choices for Breakfast. Pool facilities were very enjoyable & relaxing at the end of the day. Delicious snacks were available at the Bougainvillea Terrace. A memorable stay with a touch of history.

The hotel was impressive in terms of its size and scale. The decor was sympathetic to the age but also maintained a contemporary feel. Lots of places and spaces to sit and relax, not just confined to our room.
The service was attentive with nice little touches, such as a small sweet treat left in our room on New Year’s Eve.
Facilities were exactly what we wanted and lived up to the expectation we had when we chose and booked the accommodation.
Maybe they could offer daily complementary bottled water in the rooms.
