Excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful location. Very comfortable, well equipped room. Pool view with small balcony big enough for the 2 chairs that were in it. Bar very atmospheric, had a 007 themed cocktail there but full range of classic cocktails available. Room service very good. Excellent and widespread breakfast.
Am a repeat visitor and hope to return again.

Perfect break
Pros:

This was our second visit to the Palacio Estoril and once again it did not disappoint.
The location is perfect. You can walk down to The Beach or get on the train to go to Lisbon approximately 30 minutes.
The atmosphere is friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
Our room was lovely on the fifth floor..
A must is to go to the Banyan tree spa, this can be reached through the Hotel going under the road, itself is a lovely experience with soft music and bamboo decorations. It puts you in the mood before you even get there. The beautiful spa pool was the best I’ve ever been in and so quiet.
We will definitely be returning again.

Cet hôtel devait être très bien en 1920, malheureusement tout a vieilli.

Le spa est correct

Cons:

Hôtel soi-disant dog friendly : avant le check-in, le chien est autorisé au sol sans problème. Mais dès qu’on vous a pris 300 € de caution pour d’éventuels dégâts, on vous demande soudain de ne plus le laisser marcher et de le mettre dans un sac ou de le porter. Pour un Yorkshire de 4 kg, c’est absurde.
Salle de bain très ancienne, avec simple rideau de douche dans la baignoire.
Propreté plus que moyenne.
Personnel peu aimable et peu serviable.

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, toller und großer Pool, bequeme Betten, Gym und Spa sind gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Altehrwürdiges Hotel mit teilweise auch etwas antiquierter Ausstattung der Zimmer (veraltete Telefone, keine Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, analoge Klimaanlage, keine Kaffeemaschine). Ist vielleicht Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber hier könnte im Detail das eine oder andere aktualisiert werden.

Fantastic
Pros:

Such friendly attentive service. My son was playing for the ibercup (he's 11) and all the men would ask how his games
Went, and were so sweet and engaging. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend this hotel from start to finish.

Nice place, nice staff
Pros:

This is an interesting historic hotel, and due to the when the hotel was constructed it isn't the most modern hotel but a hotel that has maintained a high standard for decades. Breaksfast is excellent. It is located near the beach and beside a couple of coffee and sandwiches places for lunch and only €6`for a cab fare to Cascais. Staff are very professional and you can see that some of them have been with the hotel for many years and are proud of it.

Cons:

Outdoor pool could have been heated for the Easter weekend. They could do with a games room for kids - they certainly have the space !!!

First class service and relaxation
Pros:

Everything about the Palacio Estoril exudes first class accommodations from the professional, attentive staff to the perfectly maintained public areas and rooms. Great location with easy access to green space, waterfront and quaint streets of Estoril and Cascais. The icing on the cake is the connection to the Banyan Tree Spa. We will be back!

Great hotel
Pros:

The staff is really nice and welcoming throughout the day the only thing is I wish the pool was heated because in April it isn’t warm enough to heat the hole pool so it is a bit could but apart from that everything is brilliant.The golf course is brilliant very nice.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

We were a group of 11 golfers. We found all the staff at the hotel to be very helpful and of a very high standard when it came to customer care.

The rooms were very good, the complimentary bottle of port was most welcomed.

The breakfast were excellent.

O hotel é lindo , com uma decoração clássica de bom gosto.
Tudo no hotel tem qualidade.
Excelente piscina exterior.

Cons:

Da tábua de presunto no bar.
Não era uma tábua, eram apenas dois pequenos bocados de presunto e achei o preço excessivo.

The hotel and views are beautiful. Most of the times, the staff is very helpful

Cons:

We booked this hotel mainly for two reasons: the electric charging station for vehicles, and the spa. None of these services were available. The charging station apparently stopped working the day we arrived, and the day we were going to use the spa, they called us saying there was an issue with the hot water so nothing that needs hot water was working. In the end, it didn't pay off to stay here

Pros:

O contexto do hotel é muito bonito e o SPA também valeu muito a pena.

Cons:

Foi-nos atribuido um quarto com as madeiras, principalmente a porta da casa de banho, bastante degradadas, após uma reclamação foi-nos atribuido um quarto superior. Num hotel como este não deviam atribuir sequer quartos naquele estado.
A relação qualidade-preço é baixa.

Merci à toute l équipe qui nous a accueillis, tant à l hôtel qu 'au restaurant, dont nous avons apprécié les saveurs, excellent petit déjeuner également.
Les enfants sont très gentiment acceptés(notre petit Vasco qui faisait ses 3 ans).
