Отель очень понравился. Приветливый доброжелательный персонал. Красивый номер, удобная кровать, большая ванная комната, качественные косметические средства. Завтрак с огромным разнообразием, вкусно, оригинально, свежо - выше всяких похвал! Красивая ухоженная территория. Везде очень чисто. Прекрасный СПА-комплекс. Обязательно вернемся. Все супер!

Cons:

В ванной был неисправный кран - плохое переключение горячей и холодной воды. На ресепшене предложили переместить нас в другой номер. Мы отказались, т.к. были всего одну ночь. Надеемся, что до следующих гостей проблема будет устранена :).

Absolutely Will Go Again
Pros:

Everything was fabulous - historical and beautiful hotel. Location just perfect, access to everything needed.

Best thing was their staff: Mr.Sr.and Vieira, Mr.Duarte, in the buffet breakfast, Mr.Fereira, Ms.Svetlana.

Very accommodating and pleasant experience.

Pros:

Very grand and old fashioned. Lovely elevators and classic ambience. Great stay and superb service and staff. Entrance is a little tricky.

An excellent experience overall, highly recommended.
Pros:

All Staff were highly attentive & helpful. Lovely nutritional choices for Breakfast. Pool facilities were very enjoyable & relaxing at the end of the day. Delicious snacks were available at the Bougainvillea Terrace. A memorable stay with a touch of history.

Cons:

No complaints, all facilities & amenities were above my expectations.
