The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and have everything one could wish for. The spa is exceptional. One member if staff on particular stands out. That is Ricardo. Our ride to our golf course did not show up. He took us and got us there on time. Fantastic service.
This hotel is simply a gem!
A true jewel that encapsulates the past and present in such a lovely place. The atmosphere and the 1930s design are magical. The garden and pool are lovely!
The staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are simply the best and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is a real treat and gastronomic delight.
Rooms are impeccably clean, with lovely linens, towels and toiletries.

Old world with modern amenities
Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön. Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer mit Poolblick. Unten gibt es wunderschöne Möbel. Das Beste war der SPA, wir waren jeden Morgen vor dem Ftühstück dort. Das Hotel ist ein geschichtsträchtiger Ort mit James Bond Feeling! Alles auch sehr sauber, sogar Bügeleisen im Zimmer, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank, tolles Badezimmer. Alles top!

Hotel muito bonito, jardim bem cuidado, piscina muito bonita, uma pena não ser aquecida. Café da manhã variado e funcionarios educados. Spa Banyan precisa de manutenção.
A área do Spa precisa de cuidados e manutenção. O teto está com vazamentos feios. Os funcionários da piscina interna não são prestativos nem simpáticos. Já estivemos em hotéis da rede Banyan e tivemos experiências bem melhores.
We actually just had time for lunch at this extremely historic hotel - it was delicious. The shrimp salad and club sandwich were both amazing. So much history under one roof - nice to think of Lazenby and Rigg making Casino Royale here, and Bond creator Ian Fleming as a young spy here (his guest card's on the Founders' Gallery wall.) Lovely in every detail and close to the seaside beauty in Estoril.

Beautiful old school restaurant with superlative service. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Europe. Our suite was large and lovely. The breakfast buffet was great with extensive selections. The staff is warm, helpful, kind and welcoming.

Bathroom, blanket and bed also no free water every day
Beautiful location. Very comfortable, well equipped room. Pool view with small balcony big enough for the 2 chairs that were in it. Bar very atmospheric, had a 007 themed cocktail there but full range of classic cocktails available. Room service very good. Excellent and widespread breakfast.
Am a repeat visitor and hope to return again.
This was our second visit to the Palacio Estoril and once again it did not disappoint.
The location is perfect. You can walk down to The Beach or get on the train to go to Lisbon approximately 30 minutes.
The atmosphere is friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
Our room was lovely on the fifth floor..
A must is to go to the Banyan tree spa, this can be reached through the Hotel going under the road, itself is a lovely experience with soft music and bamboo decorations. It puts you in the mood before you even get there. The beautiful spa pool was the best I’ve ever been in and so quiet.
We will definitely be returning again.
Le spa est correct
Hôtel soi-disant dog friendly : avant le check-in, le chien est autorisé au sol sans problème. Mais dès qu’on vous a pris 300 € de caution pour d’éventuels dégâts, on vous demande soudain de ne plus le laisser marcher et de le mettre dans un sac ou de le porter. Pour un Yorkshire de 4 kg, c’est absurde.
Salle de bain très ancienne, avec simple rideau de douche dans la baignoire.
Propreté plus que moyenne.
Personnel peu aimable et peu serviable.
Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, toller und großer Pool, bequeme Betten, Gym und Spa sind gut ausgestattet.
Altehrwürdiges Hotel mit teilweise auch etwas antiquierter Ausstattung der Zimmer (veraltete Telefone, keine Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, analoge Klimaanlage, keine Kaffeemaschine). Ist vielleicht Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber hier könnte im Detail das eine oder andere aktualisiert werden.
