Wonderful
Pros:

Wonderful staff, especially the concierge and the doormen. Breakfast buffet fabulous. Great location. Old fashioned but in a good way.

Cons:

I think the service around the pool was a bit lacklustre and it would have been nice to have been offered lunch or drinks by the pool.

Pequeno almoço excelente. Pessoal muito atento. Comida variada e de qualidade e sobretudo o espaço e a paisagem exterior para o jardim absolutamente magnifico.

Cons:

Não gostei da recepção. Tinha um ar desarrumado, mas sem problema. O pior é que os funcionários têm um estranho habito de tratar os hospedes por : Srª. Maria , Srª. Isabel etc e Sr. José, Sr. Antonio., i.e., pelo nome omitindo o apelido. Ora isto não é Português nem é cortêz.

Short but fabulous stay!
Pros:

The Spy Bar! The spa! The gorgeous outdoor pool! And the incredibly warm, smiling, helpful staff. We went because my husband is a huge Ian Fleming/007 fan, but we ended up loving so much more!!
