Excellent hotel close to the Palace of Versailles
Pros:

We received an upgrade from a standard to a superior room, which is twice as large, with a view of the park.

Excellent facilities, clean room, parking garage under the hotel, very friendly staff and excellent varied breakfast

Pros:

Emplacement imbattable en face du chateau. Chambre single spacieuse avec toutes les commodités et literie extra. Petit déjeuner tres bon et copieux. Personnel extrêmement agréable et à l’écoute.

Ideal base to visit the Palace and easy access to stations into central Paris. Easy to reach by car
Pros:

Had two rooms: one standard, one premium. Both rooms well-appointed, coffee pods, still & sparking water. All very clean: bathrooms, linen, etc. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. An area to sit outside. An ideal base to explore Versailles, to visit the palace and only a short walk to local restaurants and the train station into central Paris. Ideal location for what we wanted to do. On-site, underground parking.

Cons:

Some fittings (carpet) might benefit from a refresh. Parking €20 per day = not cheap! (but very secure)

Pros:

Au plus près du château de Versailles et des différents lieux à visiter.
Super déjeuner et personnels gentils et à l'écoute.

Cons:

En rentrant dans la chambre, directement vue sur un côté de matelas fortement taché.
La planche du wc ne tenait pas.
Grosse difficulté à prendre sa douche à cause des robineteries très dures et difficiles à régler.
Sanitaires avec propreté à revoir.

Pros:

Malheureusement rien si ce n’est l’emplacement

Cons:

Absolument pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Saleté, petit-déjeuner ridicule, personnel débordé, hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu, chambre médiocre, douche fonctionnant mal… Sans oublier le parking payant.

Enfin bref, une expérience très décevante et clairement pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé.

schmutzig, veraltet, Service beim Frühstück schlecht - man bekommt was man möchte, wenn man jemanden gefunden hat - Teller, Gläser, etc.
