Nothing but Good!!!

Hello just wanted to share this review on how Bayview Hotel staffs from the House keeping all the way to the management.
Since staying as a guest along with my wife, I’ve already had a sense of the warm greeting and smiles and Hafa Adai which is a local word on Guam meaning “Welcome” as soon as we’ve checked in. From the beginning, the front desk staff ladies did a great job, they were wonderful at what they do. Thank you Gabby, sorry I did not mention your coworkers names but please say thank you for us.
The accommodation was wonderful throughout our stay from beginning to end. My wife and I applaud, admire, respect, and appreciate the professionalism. Let me start with the housekeeping ladies that work hard to clean, change bedsheets etc..like Imelda Bumagat who cleans our room (802) who change out towels, amenities etc..every time she is always smiling and it makes us feel we are treated with love. Then there’s Ruby Hinson housekeeping manager who asks if everything is ok and to let her know what we needed to feel comfortable in our room.
Abby Baldo operations manager who making sure that all guest and staff alike are treated with respect and that Bayview Hotel is in Top condition.
Mary Rose Malabag the General Manager hands down to her, there’s no question why she’s the GM, she has your full attention no matter the issues are and will resolve them in a heart beat, and guest hospitality and comfort is her priority and passion during your stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay together in the Bayview Hotel, will definitely stay again someday and will recommend to family and friends who are visiting Guam.

コスパのいい宿です。オススメします
Pros:

値段と場所が良かったです。
レンタカー利用しましたがほとんどのショップやレストランは歩いて行けるとこにありました。

Cons:

建物の裏はまだ汚かったが宿泊には影響はなかったです。

部屋までの帰る廊下？がちょっと怖いくらいです。

とても満足でした！
Pros:

建物は若干年季が入ってますが、とても清潔感があり、スタッフの方々は皆優しく、アクセスは最高、バスタブあり、トイレのウォシュレットあり、価格はリーズナブルで、とても良いホテルでした！
またグアムに来る際は、泊まろうと思います。

Cons:

あえて言うなら、朝食が$22の割に、メニューが少ない印象。
あとWi-Fiが繋がらないことが滞在中に何度もあった。

Excellent sraff ans service!
Pros:

Hotel staff were courteous and friendly. We especially enjoyed our check-in experience with the two ladies at the front desk. And any requests we made during our stay were met quickly and kindly.

早朝からの朝食提供がありがたく種類は多くないが毎日数品変更されていた。ベッドは広く快適。ウォシュレットトイレだった。週末のスカイバーは行く価値あり。

Expensive, shabby but great location
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, I have never had to switch rooms but had to request that very thing due to very loud guests next to me, and my first room was not restocked/clean, after my first night. They moved me n the rest of the stay was pleasant. Its an older bldg n not the fanciest but the pool and workout room were great, wifi and AC were excellent. Brkfst buffet was ok, omelets were great.

Cons:

Building and rooms are a bit shabby and rooms are NOT sound proofed. Stains on the comforters in both rooms, first room the deck was flooded and not usable.
