Great location, friendly staff, loved there was a restaurant and tea house next door.
Close to many shops and restaurants.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is also great and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Water seeped through the floor, even on the 7th floor. When you stepped on the floor, it became wet. Didn’t understand what sorcery that was but the staff was able to fix it 🤷🏻‍♀️

The gym also has the core equipments for me to workout

Amazing staff and great facilities. Will return again soon!
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating and supportive during our stay. We traveled with my disabled grandmother so we had some requests for her comfort. The staff filled all of our needs in a timely and professional manner. We come to Guam every few months for my grandmother’s medical needs, and we plan to book with Bayview every future trip.

飲食店が歩ける範囲に多くある
室内の水回りはリフォーム済み
空港からも、ドンキやマイクロネシアモールまでもバスやタクシー、30分以上歩けるなら徒歩でも行ける
Wi-Fiが強く安定

Cons:

換気扇がないので、浴室はジメジメする。
エアコンの影響か、天井が結露している場所があってポタポタ水が落ちていた。
