Another Great Stay
Pros:

We had another wonderful trip to the Chicago Marriott Northwest. We appreciate Cherry and her staff of caring people. The hosts in the M Club were fantastic. We truly enjoy all of the updates and the vibe of this hotel!

Nothing but the best.

Marilou is the best!
Pros:

Marilou in the concierge lounge is a true gem. She is always so helpful and kind. She makes breakfast and happy hour relaxing. Sometimes it feels as if there aren't a ton of perks, even for a Titanium member. But this hotel and Marilou are what classic full service hotels are about.

Marilu is truly the best!
Pros:

Marilu provided exceptional service from the very first day I arrived. She took care of the club during breakfast and late-night appetizers every single day, and her consistency was truly impressive. She was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. What stood out most was how she remembered me each day and genuinely asked how my day was going. That personal touch made every visit feel warm and welcoming. Marilu’s kindness, attentiveness, and positive energy made a real difference in my experience.
