We, my son and I, had an outstanding experience thanks to "Karma" he was very welcoming and very attentive. His professionalism stood out immediately, what really impressed me was his ability to make us feel comfortable, like we were family. It is rare to come across someone like Karma who combines professionalism with such a natural friendly approach. Karma is a real asset to your establishment. Great again!
Pros:

The hotel was as friendly as ever, particularly at the excellent Reception Desk. The gentleman there was super personable and immaculately professional. I also liked the breakfast experience at the restaurant. It was certainly a cut above in terms of dining out in Palmerston North.

Creepy and terrible food!
Pros:

Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Restaurant food was terrible, took my burger back up as it was inedible - wasnt offered a refund. Tasted old and reheated. And I am not a fussy guy! Also paid for breakfast and they bacon tasted like nothing Ive ever eaten, left it untouched. The whole place had super creepy vibes also.
