I always have an outstanding experience at the Holiday Inn Kanata, and it's become my preferred place to stay whenever I'm in the area. From the moment you walk through the doirs , you are greeted by a team that genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Melissa at the front desk . She consistently goes above and beyond, not just for me , but for my dog as well! Every visit, she welcomes us with a warm smile, trwats, and even toyd for my pup., making us both feel right at home. It's rare to find someone eho provides such genuine hospitality, and her kindness is one of the reason i keep coming back. The entire team deserves recognition. They are all friendly, professional, and wiling to help.
If you are looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with welcoming atmosphere-for both you and your furry companion-i highly recommend the Holiday Inn Suites Kanata. I can't wait for my next stay!

The overall experience was good with a great location.
Pros:

The breakfast choices were limited especially for for people that don’t eat eggs. The Location was awesome because it was close to other stores and activities.

Cons:

The sofa bed for the kids was not comfortable.

Delicious breakfast and comfy rooms!
Pros:

We were treated royally at this lovely hotel . We had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant . It was lovely with great coffee, delicious menue ….china plates and cups and real cutlery …no plastic . We appreciated that. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and kind!

Never stay here again.
Cons:

I ordered a room with two beds, but even I was at front desk, they didn't mention a word that the room had only one bed. How can I share a bed with my boss? At last, I passed night in a folding bed. The administration is manipulating their guests.
