Pros:

Great facility with free laundry and free coffee maker a real coffee maker not just the in-room type. Staff were absolutely excellent and very helpful very friendly. Outdoor covered patio with barbecue facility should you decide to do that.

The front office staff was very helpful

Cons:

I was given a handicap room. I prefer simple 1 bed room, I had informed in advance that I will checkin late. They could not give me other option.

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

The fact I booked 6 rooms over a month ago and they only gave me 4. I had to ask the rooms to be dabbled up on (6males)

It was comfortable.
Pros:

It was quiet and from desk people Gabrielle and Essam were very helpful. Essam helped me operate the washer and dryer because some of them were not working.
