It was an experience
Pros:

Room was nice

Cons:

Hotel staff was extremely rude. Check in was hard. Staff kept saying i wasn't using the correct card. Got double charged for room, Still trying to get that corrected. Will never use booking.com or any Hilton hotel again.

stayed at a Sheraton was this Hilton property is no where near the quality of the Sheraton

staff was very nice

Cons:

hallway and room was very stuffy and no fresh air. i did not like seeing "CDC recommends masking and that your hotel encourages it" on our confirmation. i called hotel to make sure this was not correct. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CONFIRMATION DELETING ALL THAT ABOUT MASKS...AS WE ALL KNOW THEY DO NOT WORK. NOR WILL I SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT ENCOURAGES MASK WEARING. Towels were old, floor in bathroom was not cleaned behind door.

Lady at the front desk was amazing, very sweet to both my kids and showed them the golf holes in the back to play.

Cons:

Room was pretty dirty, no extra bedding for the pull out, and we killed several centipede bugs while in the room.

Homewood suites was a major disappointment from the last time.
Pros:

The property was clean. It didn’t smell like smoke. The parking lot was clean Angela. The receptionist was very quick at checking us in.

Cons:

That I was double charged for one dog for less than 24 hours of my dog being there, the tub was draining very slow to the point where I thought it was stopped up. The breakfast is horrible and it used to be my favorite thing for choosing Homewood suites. The room was OK until you get the walking through and you see the there’s plenty of dust that has been building up for quite some time.

Nice place to stay. Clean,Plenty of room in our Dbl. Qn,, kitchenette,(full sz fridge, stovetop,micro.,dishwasher)
Sleeper sofa,great c/a/heat..
Free Washer and Dryer use. (Laundry room)
Indoor pool, weight room, putting green, outdoor grilling area w/nice grills.
Free breakfast.
Close to everything (Lake,parks,casino,ice arena,stores,eats)Easy access off/on interstate. Only negative about this place ,the bathroom is small but it was clean and served it's purpose. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
