Quality Inn Saint Louis Airport

The rooms are not very good, needs an upgrade and breakfast not so good.

There were roaches on the bed and in the bathroom. The bedspreads had burn holes and the shower handle completely fell off. The first room smelled bad and had roaches on the bed so they moved us. The second room had roaches in the bathroom and all the other problems i mentioned.

We had cockroaches in our room. We told them at checkout & they did reimburse us via Expedia (you guys). They said you will be the ones that reimburse us. Anything I need to do?

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The property itself was showing its age, but the rooms are nice.

The room had not been properly cleaned. The tub was dirty. There was hair in and around the tub. There were roaches in the room as well. The secure lock was broken

This hotel was clean, but in need of repairs. There is no cable TV and local reception was spotty. The room itself was ok but very basic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to airport was very good. For the price, it was okay, but would stay elsewhere next visit to St Louis.

Affordable hotel near the airport. It's also very near major highways and a train track, and our room was on that side so it could have been quieter.

When we first came in, the entire first floor, and a little in the room itself, had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke. I assume the entire hotel is not smoke-free.

The large gap under the door to the room, and the curtain that did not fit flush with the wall, made the room quite bright after our eyes adjusted to the dark.

We were a bit let down by the free breakfast - there were not even doughnuts, bagels or yogurts (although there was a waffle maker, toaster and two cereal options).

On the good side, the price was reasonable and there is a free shuttle to/from the airport, and the mattress was very comfortable so we slept as well as possible given the jet lag.

The room was adequate but the AC was very noisy and there was the "thrum" of other machinery outside.

The hotel in general looked kinda old but the room was ok. Sheets were clean bed was comfy .

For the location and the price can’t complain to much, do wish they would update and figure out a solution for the cigarette smell. Other than that my 24 hours in the city was a nice trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was just ok. The shuttle service was so slow. Waited over 45 minutes twice.

Shower was kinda gross
Vending machines are all over the place and different ones so it took me like 20 minutes of walking around to find one that sold water
Kinda smelled like weed everywhere

Overall good place to sleep if you have earplugs and an overnight layover!

Kind of clean. Found a lot of water on the floor coming from the AC unit and was given towels to clean it up. Room smelled of mold.

Read all the reviews. I booked this hotel for 2 nights, we only stayed here one night.
First room bottom floor, the window lock was broken, the front desk did move to another room. Second room, well This place is terrible. The beds are like sleeping on a roll away cot. The room smells just like a smoking lounge. The breakfast well there was apples, oranges and cereal. The tub You will also want to wear shoes in the shower. I won't get a refund for the second night I didn't stay, but I am hoping they put the 100.00 deposit back on my card. Why they ask for a deposit for a hotel that is totally falling apart is beyond me.
We stayed the baymount in the next over.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Dirty. Customer service was non existent. Room was 90* when I checked in. Didn’t get lower then 80 by next day. Paid for parking to airport with shuttle service. When I got back from trip they didn’t have a shuttle running like I was told. So cost me an Uber. Just pay the extra couple bucks and get a good hotel and parking from a place that’s reliable.
